When news reached the settlement that Cpt. Cooke was on route to Quinnsville aboard his newest ship, the HMHV Athena, it was time to present him with the real treasure of Cocovia. While our settlement might not put the emphasis on military might, relegating this order of affairs mostly to the neighbour settlement of King`s Harbour, it is of course a matter that needs discussing in detail. And to that end, what better place to do it at the Clam and Cup. In this all talk high trendy bar at Quinnsville, the coffee beans are prepared into the most ancient of arts, the Civet Kowi Lupak. In this most time honoured tradition, the beans are fed to civet cats, and then their excrements are boiled into the black gold. I saw it on the website when I entered my entry Really love the build, the eye is greatly done with the flamey effect, and it is actually `playable` (something I feel some in the contest forgot)

Maybe the whole sistership rule should just be keelhauled... Every government has some ships in drydock (or private owners within a nation), that in the case of a vessel lost a ship could be loaned out to any captain finding himself drylanded... That is, if you`re government is caring enough to it`s citizens

Well, she was planned to look better as a sum, but the game rules required to upload everything one by one for licensing purposes ;-) I have been trying that actually, but for some reason it looked to `forced`, can`t put my finger on the why but the bigger patches really stood out in a not so nice way.

I love Black Sails, but it won`t turn me to the black. Not to say QV has some Nassau influences though (the sailor beach for one) A very nice build, and I too love the use of the nexo shields!

I noticed something while browsing the settlement index Some settlements have Licensed Ships registred as moc`s in their villages, hamlet`s and whotnot`s, is this a mistake? And what if they go swim with the fishes, does that affect the TV?
