  1. As the Back to the Future minifigs turned out so well (but are selling out like mad), I thought I'd try my hand at recreating them to share, as well as make a few custom alterations for other parts of the BTTF movies. (aka: Future Doc and Marty, Wild West Marty and Doc, Biff, etc.). I'll start with Doc first, and post the others as I go. Hope you like! Doctor Emmet Brown - Back to the Future I Clear Paper Version:
  2. Just received my BTTF DeLorean set and absolutely love it! Along with StickKim's DarkKnight Tumbler design, the Time Machine is by far one of my favorite vehicles in LEGO. The figures are very well done and I like the design of the car (aside from the hood pieces), though I know there is debate by lots on that. The pics below show TLG Back to the Future set (you can see the Flux Capacitor) with the Marty McFly and Doc Brown figs. Below that, Stickkim's Tumbler and my custom Dark Knight Batman (design copyrighted). Anyway, wasn't sure what forum this belonged in, as it had both official LEGO sets and a custom designed vehicle and minifigure. What's your favorite vehicle - custom or TLG??
  3. UPDATE - September 15, 2013: The final version (with real photos) has replaced the first version in this post. There's another revamp of this model on Eurobricks, but I had no idea it existed before I decided to make my own version. Click any spoiler tag to reveal the images underneath, and click any picture to see a larger one. 4. I was wondering whether Lego would ever reintroduced branded Technic Sets. And I'm not talking about Ferrari, Williams or Lamborghini. From memory I can only recall there being a few Technic star wars characters, but never any vehicles. So my questions to you guys are do you think we'll see it anytime soon, and if so what would you like to see? I'd personally like a Batman Tumbler and a BTTF DeLorean that lights up like a Christmas tree.

    DeLorean DMC-12

Hi. I saw that everybody builds the Back to the Future version of the DMC-12, so i thought why not to build the real version of the car? I tried hard to make it as closest as possible to the real car. Notice all the little slopes and the building techniques :D Here it is: Back side: Side view: And the interior of the car: Flickr link I forgot to say that this is my second attemp to build the Delorean DMC-12. This was the first version: I hope you like it! Comments are welcome!
