Well, the other thing I wanted to was make it look like a minifigure that would be released in a set today. Other modern Star Wars minifigures use the Trans-Bright Green for the lightsaber blade, so that's why I used it in my minifigure.

For a while now, I've wanted to make my own modern version of Jedi Bob. I've seen other interpretations of the figure online, but none of them were quite what I was looking for. I thought that Dark Brown would look better and more modern with Naare's torso. I also used the modern hood piece instead of the classic one, and an Episode IV Obi-Wan Kenobi head.

[MOC] KdaptPreacher's 1:1455 Fleet --- 206 ships and counting (New: Ahsoka's Shuttle, Fondor Haulcraft)
JaCor653 replied to Kdapt-Preacher's topic in LEGO Star Wars
It would be cool to see what the Venator looks like so far next to the Imperial Star Destroyer. -
The picture in the first post clearly shows an alternate version with a brick-built windscreen.

I think that's M-Tron. Blacktron is just black and yellow. M-Tron adds the red.

The fact that this model has green spring-loaded missiles is inaccurate. If you look at pictures of TIE Fighters, you'll notice that the laser tip is red, but the plama bolts are green. I believe that red spring-loaded missiles are accurate and preferable, because they are visually accurate. I am willing to overlook the fact that the shots are the wrong color if the overall look of them being in the ship is better.

[MOC] Tri-Wing S-91x Pegasus Starfighter
JaCor653 replied to TeddytheSpoon's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Maybe you could mod it into EC henry's version. -
I started this build just planning on building the set following the instructions exactly. I wanted to build it in LDD so that I could upload the file to BrickLink and order the pieces. That is most likely less expensive than buying the official set from eBay or BrickLink. Anyway, once I got going with the build, I noticed there were some small issues with the official build. Once I got the set finished, I went to work fixing some things here and there. The first thing I did was I added some more and different colors to the greebling in the forward blade section. The original set has a lot of light and dark gray, with some hints of dark tan, but not many other colors. I added the tan and light green pods just by changing a few colors. LEGO 77904 MOD 1 by JaCor653, on Flickr Moving to the aft portion of the ship, I changed the engine color to trans-yellow to better match the appearance from the movies. I also added some pieces to the front and back sides of the engine block to fill in some holes and add some more details. LEGO 77904 MOD 2 by JaCor653, on Flickr This is the model I will upload to BrickLink to create a wanted list from. The few pieces at the base of the stand are pieces that won't connect to the rest of the model. This is because of collision errors with some of the parts as well as the non-existence of a couple of new pieces in LDD. Here is the link to the MOC on Rebrickable where you can download the .lxf for free.

I have looked to see if there are any MOCs of a 1:110-scale Millennium Falcon, at the same scale as the LEGO Ideas Saturn V. I am wondering if anyone could design and build a MOC of this. I would do it myself, but I do not have the skill to do it. Going off Sariel's LEGO Unit Converter, the model should be about 39-40 studs long, 29 studs wide, and 7.5 bricks high.

Unpopular Opinions related to Lego Star Wars

The model is a bit too long, the width is almost perfect, and it's a bit too tall.- 127 replies

I found the instructions, but I never actually go around to building it. If I ever do, I thinl they'll work out.

Maybe it's just me, but the superlaser dish looks a little big. Otherwise, this looks amazing!
-
I'll give that a shot. Thank you. That looks like it would be a good second choice. It's only five studs shorter, plus the addition of an interior is nice. Thank you.
-
That looks good, except his instructions are no longer available on Rebrickable.

That's it. Thanks.

Thanks, but this is what I'm after.

Does anyone have the .lxf file of Marshal Banana's module that fits in between the mandibles? If not, could you at least post some high-quality pictures of it from various angles, not installed on the ship? Thanks.

Can you provide the .lxf file, please? This looks great, and I would love to have one for myself in digital form. -
Unfortunately, MOC Pages is down right now. I can't download your model. I really want to. It looks great.

Troubleshooting guide - LDD startup and advanced graphics problems
JaCor653 replied to Superkalle's topic in Digital LEGO: Tools, Techniques, and Projects
I've just downloaded the new version of LDD, version 4.3.11. Now, whenever I open one of my models that I built in version 4.3.10, I get this message: Cannot load LDD assets. Try reinstalling LDD. See the read me file for help, or go to http://ldd.lego.com/support/ I have Windows 10. The only time I don't get this message is when I open a file through LDD. Whenever I open a file through the file explorer, I get the above message. What's the problem and what is the solution? I tried reinstalling LDD today, and I still get the message. It's extremely annoying. -

khatmorg, I know this is an old thread, but do you think you could try to convert your Delta-7 into the twin-cockpit Delta-12? Thanks if you do it.- 24 replies

Do you have the use of Lego Digital Designer? IF so, can you build this in LDD and post the .lxf file? If not, can you at least post better pictures that less fuzzy?
