Guess I'll just have to split up my votes between my 'fav five'. 15. Razor - 1 20. gazumpty - 1 24. SpacySmoke - 1 25. crayonboi - 1 53. Cara - 1 If I did not vote for yours it is not because I did not like the design but rather my point allocation limit. Good luck to everyone who entered all the same.

[MOC] Skap, a car transformers (31007 power mech alternate model)
TheOrcKing replied to bacem's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
Another transforming alternate? I'll take it! Anything else up your sleeve with the Power Mech set? A robot that transforms into a trike? A turret? Perhaps a helicopter? -
I have always wanted to design something with a cockpit setup just like that! Neato!

Love it, buy it, build it! This is like that one dream design I've always wanted.

This really is a nice idea and creative use of a limited parts assortment. Certainly inspriring to try my own hand at some alternates.

Winter Village: Candy Stall (competition entry)
TheOrcKing replied to Hen Peril's topic in LEGO Town
Sweat, I love candy! -
Winter Village: Village Square Clock Tower (and candy dispenser!)
TheOrcKing replied to rodiziorobs's topic in LEGO Town
Wow, such an big ornate clock. Seriously, this is very well detailed. The candy dispenser mechanism is like the cherry on top of it all. -
Huh, I didn't know Boba Fett's jetpack doubled as a coffee maker. As others have pointed out, great piece usage and those picnic tables are brilliant.

Cute build although it is a rather short course. Haha. Love 'em, can't get enough of 'em.

Nice icicles and those trees are just so prickly!

Winter Village: Winter Village Coffee Shop (contest entry)
TheOrcKing replied to BrickRally217's topic in LEGO Town
Wait, this actually fits in a 16x16 space? Incredible. I would love to see more builds similar to this in the future. -
Winter Village: Go Kart Track (Contest Entry)
TheOrcKing replied to ResIpsaLoquitur's topic in LEGO Town
Cool little entry; I really dig the checkered start in tiles. On another note, has anyone thought about doing a small RC track as an entry? Might be interesting to see. -
Winter Village: Three stands and the Christmas tree.
TheOrcKing replied to Razor's topic in LEGO Town
I really love this concept. It works so perfectly well with the Winter Village Market in so many ways. Plus they just look great as is. Good luck in the contest for sure! Maybe a 8x16 would have worked? It could give the length needed at least to pull it off perhaps. -
Winter Village: Kodak moment with Santa (Contest Entry)
TheOrcKing replied to NoEinstein's topic in LEGO Town
This cute scene should be part of any Winter Village setup honestly. -
Winter Village: The Cuckoo Clocks Stall
TheOrcKing replied to vecchiasignoraceppo's topic in LEGO Town
Nice concept for a Winter Village related build. I wouldn't be surprised if one of the official sets in the future was a clock maker's store. -
Off the top of my head, this part in black. Maybe even different colors for this breastplate (like black ).

This set is a bit all over the place but I kinda like it.

Finally some real dirty looking garbage collectors! This was the first "2-in-1" that grabbed me with both designs. Big, bulky, clunky, and nasty looking!

While the main model is bizarre, it is interesting in a thinking outside the box kind of way. I could see buying a few to make a complete wall or an even better Vic Viper looking spacecraft.

Thanks for this and the many other Lego Movie set reviews, Clone O'Patra. I liked this one already just for namesake! Haha. The main builds are weird but that's what makes them so interesting and far from the norm of what we usually get. $30 is actually pretty good considering everything you get; 351 parts including three minifigures. I bought a bunch of the Series 9 Plumber so this will be perfect as their mode of transportation.
