The "hydraulics" are impressive. The design seems robust. I was thinking about building one of these a while ago, since they are common in rap songs. I recommend you make it look like the Impala in this:

I like this a lot! You should move the cannons up 1 stud vertically, because this ship, with people on it and cargo and heavy cannons, would reach that water level and sink..

I hope you have 2 XLs driving this Is the hood opening/closing controlled with a mini LA?

Of course, loss of efficiency is usually due to detailed gearboxes, like what Sheepo does Is there a way to measure power which reaches the wheels?

That maximizes efficiency (since you have less gears, reducing collective backlash) and is parts-inexpensive, but it's not very realistic (compared to most 1:1 cars). I recommend looking at Sariel's http://sariel.pl/2010/07/scania-racing-truck/ Or this, cheap and fun: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=86276

Thank you! Can you help me with finishing this axle? It's based off this https://www.flickr.c...in/photostream/ but I want to reduce the number of gears used. https://drive.google...iew?usp=sharing
