  1. That would be easier, since that one doesn't have to steer.
  2. Hello, I don't need a differential, I just need a compact steered axle with good steering geometry (minimum force to turn the wheels) with no bump steer and to be around 13 studs wide. (drive is optional.) I've been searching for good examples. However, most axles like this are built at a larger scale, it seems. any ideas?
  3. PF only, like this: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=104134&hl=%2Bdriven+%2Bsteered+%2Baxle
  4. Please finish this son Also, has anyone made instructions yet for the gearbox??
  5. Any idea what the smallest Technic MOC with PF is?
  6. That looks very nice! Could you put a link to the "EDIT 2" version, please?
  7. I've been looking for something like that and I can't find it. Do you have a link? Thanks! I can't find any good ones with a differential.
  8. Any good ideas for a 13 stud wide (approximately), steered, driven axle with no suspension?
  9. I've never heard of this rendering program before. I'll send you my LXF to be rendered as soon as I finish it.
  10. Sariel said on his website this gearbox can withstand a lot of torque and RPM. I'm awaiting his response on whether it can handle 4 L motors geared up 3:1 or so. I'm going to compromise the interior a bit to fit the gearbox in.
  11. Any ideas on fitting the 4 L motor coupling mechanism and the 2 speed rachet gearbox together in this model? https://drive.google.com/file/d/0ByWMjS7v3hWcXzZVWU5lWVJqMVk/view?usp=sharing Pictures: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0ByWMjS7v3hWcQ0lqa2NfME1BLUk/view?usp=sharing https://drive.google.com/file/d/0ByWMjS7v3hWcdF8wNzEwTDc3dDQ/view?usp=sharing https://drive.google.com/file/d/0ByWMjS7v3hWcRGtlN0pjRHBDSzA/view?usp=sharing https://drive.google.com/file/d/0ByWMjS7v3hWcYVFYU1RIb2VyVDQ/view?usp=sharing This is 80% Piterx's design: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=86276
  12. Thanks! Do you know if an 8878 LiPo could fully power all 5 motors, if the servo motor is used not continuously? I know the range will probably be small, but I can just recharge it.
  13. I also want to see how it drives- video please! With the gearing, however, it seems like you don't have enough torque to accelerate.
  14. Can 4 L motors and 1 Servo Motor take full power from a 8878 Rechargeable battery? Also, can I get full power sent to 4 L motors from a V2 Receiver if I use 2 on the left input, and 2 on the right input? Or do I need 2 V2 Receivers?? Also, do servo motors only use power while running? I'm not sure whether my servo motor (used to turn the vehicle) needs a separate battery/receiver/if the power a servo motor would draw would be negligible. I'm trying to decide what the minimum number of RC components I can use is, to save $, save weight, and to make the car look more realistic. Thank you!
  15. Hello, I have a green Technic car with 700 pieces in it. Is anyone experienced in POVRay and interested in rendering? Please comment below if you are interested, or PM me.
