    A one stage stage boom is easy peasy,a two stage boom is a little harder. While a three or a four stage boom is much more harder.

    Nice review,it looks like a good set for any Si-fi fan. I have a question,those white wheel rims look like there mold has been changed,is that new to that set? I think I would change those feet or what ever they are....they do not resemble robot feet.

    What a great review Rufus. It looks Like a awesome set to have for any real star wars fan. Watching the building process I had a rather interesting idea....If you are lucky enough to own the technic control, center it would be rather cool I think if you attached the X-wing to to it and then you could simulate it flying.

    Hello Supa15 welcome to Eurobricks. If you take a look in the photo below you can see that I connected the lance by using Lego plates and a clip to raise the height of the lance. It is now the same height as the center hole in the technic block,which will then allow the lance to slide through the hole.

    What about a simple two speed gearbox,that could also control the mast pitch? Something like that would not require another IR receiver.

    It has got a funny looking cab,maybe you should consider changing that? Adding a third axle at the back would improve the the model even more.

    I have my cable underneath the chassis,just try to keep it away from any moving parts.

    I am no lego car expert but I would say yes it should have all of those futures. It terms of scale I would use the same scale as Mr Crowkillers does and Sheepo... 1:19?

    Very nice modular building with great attention to detail. However I am not a big fan of that green crane in the background though.

    Welcome to the forum,hopeful you will b able to get your hands on a set,it could be difficult though as it is a limited edition set.
