I would agree with Pinkbird, using a limited number of parts tests your skill and ingenuity as a builder and helps you to improve more.

Well it all depends on how realistic you baggage car to be. I am guessing you would what it quite slow and powerful, so maybe a 1:3 ratio. Sariel's gear calculator may help you more, and also his gear's tutorial.

If you put a lift arm behind the ball joint (allowing room for movement) that might help to stop it coming of the chassis. If you raised the back suspension up thus bringing down the front, might that improve traction? Ps Do I spot a beer belly? -

Welcome to Eurobricks Rom1kno. All your models are very good,I like the camper-van the most. However the way you have attached the wheels on the blue car will not allow the wheels to turn on ether axle, because you used a axle that is gong through a lift-arm with axle hole.

I just opened your file and could not find the error you are referring too. The steering works in the animation console of SR3D,which requires all the relevant parts to be connected probably.

If I may, I would say that the tutorial the Philo linked too really only covers the basics of Lpub. There is a lot of advanced stuff that that tutorial does not show well or not cover at all. -
