  1. Looking at the pictures now, this actually could be very true. Shading suggest this might be there after all.
  2. You probably won't be able to get into HQ itself as it might contain some confidential stuff you shouldn't see. However there two options here: 1). LEGO Inside tour. The number of tours has increased over the last years, however they are still very popular and booked in matter of hours, despite high costs. 2). LEGO House I had a pleasure of getting a short production line tour as a part of our LUG meet with TLG, but this is not something you can easily get.
  3. Bright-light orange [BL] I guess.
  4. Do we really need to update it this often? The old one was based on some much older model and was good enough, that nobody was bothering until the last big forum upgrade. New backgrounds (like the one on main page of EB forums) distracts quite a lot. So when you come to Technic part of forums and you see familiar background you feel like home .
  5. Usually if seller states a part is "New" it is actually new and never been used to assemble a model. If part has been a part of some creation it should be considered as "used". While there are no questions regarding new parts, but they can have some minor scratches from being stored, they main issue is with used parts. Each seller wants to sell as much as possible of them, so they can have several grades of used parts available, or consider a wider range of damages to be acceptable as "used" piece. So this varies sometimes. Yellowed and parts with bite marks are usually not being offered, unless it is rare and expensive part. However don't be afraid to order used parts, as they are of a good quality most of the time. My suggestion is not to judge the whole BL if you would have a bad experience with first couple of orders. Usually it is a great place to spend your money And if you have more questions related to BL, it would be better to read dedicated topic and post your questions there.
  6. Rebrickable might have sub-models, which includes part list.
  7. Hope it is not going to be something new yet again, like PF2.1 or jumping straight to PF3 and considering PF2 to be a mistake or so.
  8. Wow, that's much closer to the real thing than I originally thought! How do you guys build this thing? Is there some sort of LDD/LDraw file of the MOC?
  9. I just stumbled on this great MOC. Is there a picture of this entire structure compared with existing 10213/10231 sets? Just to understand the proportions.
  10. Damn it would take me weeks to figure out all the details. Are you build your own model or a copy of existing one?
  11. And breaking the terms with TLG? In long term it is not worth the money you offer. Knowing Sariel, from the way he responds over the internet, the answer is going to be - no.
  12. Putting bricks into the oven... yeah, right. These are the same people suggesting quick charging iPhones in microwave probably.
  13. @Johnny1360 most of my sets are from recent years, and seem like there was some issues with connectors I've mentioned earlier several years ago. While disassembling my copy of 8297, which has been assembled for a few years, I found 55 cracked parts (54 connectors + 1 bush). Luckily got a replacement from LEGO. Newer sets doesn't seem to be impacted this much. Might be because I didn't keep them assembled for long now.
  14. Well, that explains it - no new IDEAS creations based on existing licenses would pass the review.
  15. @kbalage, yeap, that's the app I've mentioned (forgot to mention I've renamed it, thus naming didn't relate to Imurvai). Last time I've used it with wired controller the overal experience wasn't great. Do you have an example of good, but not overpriced BT Android compatible controller maybe? Sorry, this is getting a little of topic...
  16. Not sure what do actually wanted to mention here. You probably mean "SBrick controller" app? Well, it isn't great solution as well, sort of a workaround.
  17. I'm not very familiar with DC/Marvel/similar stuff, but didn't TLG had sets from "Agents of SHIELD" already? If that's is true, then it is clear why Ideas set isn't approved.
  18. Same disadvantage as SBrick and BuWizz - smartphone's touchscreen. Meh.
  19. If you interested in Technic pieces only: bushes, half bushes, thin liftarms and all connectors with bush-like connection for axle. The else is sort of exception rather than a rule.
  20. Are there any distributors within EU? Getting a single set of 2 tyres from US or Russia will hit the customs limit.
  21. To follow up with similar question: What lessons (both design and functions) you've learned from Porsche and improved for Chiron?
  22. You mean DBG probably? I'd say it is black and looks to be DBG because of light reflection.
  23. There are sites with scanned sticker sheets as well as LEGO sets instructions. However those aren't perfect. Since sticker sheets for old sets are quite expensive most of the time there is a market for aftermarket sticker sheets - just google for LEGO set number +"stickers"
  24. If you have all your collection stored on Rebrickable, there is an option to check estimated overall value of your parts and sets. It is based on some Bricklink/Brickowl item market value.
