    Thought provoking.... I think it's safe to say that Wildstyle is a pretty good character, and I see how some people might not count Unikitty/Wildstyle conversations as passing the Bechdel test, but there's a bigger problem than passing the test or not: Unikitty. She's a pretty crappy character in the respect that she's a horrible bundle of one particular stereotype. She's portrayed as irrational and over emotional to the extreme, and that's a shame. She's funny and cute, sure, but seriously. They could have done better.

    Indeed. Before release, nobody knew where it fit, but it is clearly more an action theme than most of what goes in here. Architecture fans are told we have too many topics, but TLM has taken over the while front page of the board more than once.

    I'm mad about the Malevolence... When the sale prices went live at midnight, it was 10% off. When I woke up in the morning, it was sold out, with the 50% sale price just taunting me.

    No, I'm not kidding. We got 10% on watches, key chains and some older PT sets, nearly all of which was out of stock before Saturday was over.

    Wow. We OT fans really got the shaft on this sale. In the US it's mostly TCW / PT sets. Not counting stuff like keychains and watches, Rancor Pit, Jabba's Sail Barge and the A-Wing are the only OT items on sale.

    I dunno. If so, I'm sure a mod will move it. I just figured Simpson's stuff is licensed, so this seemed as good a place as any for people with an interest in LEGO Simpsons to find it.

    So, Fox just released a trailer for an episode of the Simpsons, that converts Springfield and all its residents into LEGO. ...and not just the couch opening, the whole episode. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AYGSpOfIr9Y Now, they aren't the official LEGO minifigs, but still. It looks like it's going to be a fantastic episode.

    I think if any part of VII was on Bespin, Billy Dee Williams would have been part of the official cast announcement yesterday.

    I think y'all are putting waaaay too much weight into what's on the poster. The duel on Bespin is simply one of the most iconic images from the entire Star Wars series. Nothing more. I cannot see the Death Star finally being replaced by a new Cloud City now, with the new trilogy (relatively) so close. Something iconic from the new movie will be what finally puts the Death Star out to pasture.

    We've been using a 2x1 and 1x1 tile together so long, it almost seems weird that they'd decide to finally add that corner tile now.
