Albion: the capital city of Avalonia
Rogue Angel replied to ZCerberus's topic in Guilds of Historica
Have I been missing a ton of builds in here? I had assumed they all had their own topics, but apparently I was wrong. Oh man, time to do some backtracking. -
Great MOC! A great story, and an even better build. I like how road runs diagonally through the build, and the hills rise on either side. Great use of foliage, figures and shots. Excellent job!

It's good to see some Nocturnans will be helping to oust Victor!

Wow, this is Awesome! I love the whole style of the building, including the roof, the windows, the doors... I especially like the fencing along the outside and the use of the wrenches for the door handles. I knew this had been coming, and you did not disappoint. Great job!

Nice little build. The rock work is well done, and it is very well done with just a few pieces.

This is a great MOC. I would love to see more! The building in the background and the rockwork are excellent, but I LOVE the bridge/wall concept, and you've done a great job with it. You've been putting out some pretty impressive MOCs. Keep up the good work!

Nice job on the wooden palisade. I like where this MOC is going, and I can't wait to see more! -
Great build! I like the use of the sword leaves for the bush, and the river is great! I also like all the action in the scene and the girl tied to the pole. Yet another excellent MOC!

In the dungeons and landing in Mitgardia
Rogue Angel replied to de Gothia's topic in Guilds of Historica
Great story, and twist! Excellent builds as usual, but I LOVE the diagonal facade on the second build. Those windows with the white behind with the steering wheel and the crab in front make a great combination. I'm really digging that second building. Nice work! -
Great build! I really like the staircase and it's surrounding rock, and the shelter for the horse. I still can't reconcile the roof, even though it is well done - I have a very hard time with 3-D curves built out of bricks, but that is my own bias. As always, I love your background coloring, and your base. Great job!

Meeting of the Great Generals in the Desert.
Rogue Angel replied to SkaForHire's topic in Guilds of Historica
I will choose not to comment on the use of Megabloks..... I really like the story in this build. Perhaps this is a precursor to your Challeng VI Entry? I also like the attempt at quelling the unrest between the guilds. All this unrest may be good for directing into epic Challenge entries. Nice build! -
Nice little build here. I really like how you're creating prelude MOCs for your story (perhaps it will also be your Challenge VI entry..?). Nice sense of urgency and panic in this MOC.

Great job with this! I really like the shape of the beast, and you've done a great job of portaying organic features with blocky parts. Excellent work!
-
I love this building! The paneling is superb, and you've done a wonderful job with the supports for the second floor as well as the windows and framing of the second floor. The roof is also well done. Excellent MOC!

River Crossing in Woodward (Avalonian Free-build)
Rogue Angel replied to mephistopheles's topic in Guilds of Historica
Unique bridge idea, and nice use of foliage. It's nice to see what people come up with their quick MOCs. -
It's great to see people retroactively complete challenges like this! I like the corner of the tower and the windows and frames on the second floor. Nice work!
-
I LOVE your roofing technique, and I'm glad you showed it because I could not figure out how you'd done it. Another great build here with the nice brick work and the use of grading. It is also nice to see wartime builds (although we should see plenty in Challenge VI). Great job!

Look at that Mitgardian go! I love the action in this scene, and I like the trees and the use of the new Mirkwood hoods - They work soooo well for Avalonians. That Mitgardian might be in for a bit of trouble if he's not quick enough.

Mary the Mushroom Mage's Lemon Farm
Rogue Angel replied to Captain BeerBeard's topic in Guilds of Historica
Excellent build! I love nice full tree, and the foliage is great, as usual. The interior is excellent, and the story is amazing as well. I too love the squirrell -
I love how smooth and flowing this build is! The snow and rock work is amazing. Everything just blends together like a windwept scene, and you've done a superb job. The small trees and the dead snag are also very well done. Great build!

This is a wonderful build! There is so much going on, I love the multiple layers, the innovative color usage, and all the activity. I LOVE using the beard for melted wax! Excellent work on this MOC - I love it!

dG - These are great builds, and I love the story. Your storylines have been great throughout your builds, and this is no exception. You've also done a great job of capturing Valyrio with your work. Another beautiful MOC!

This is an excellent build! I love seeing new forestmen builds, and you've done a great job with this. The wooden fortress is great, and the rock and grass work are well done as well. Great build!
