I would be very unhappy if LEGO changed Luminara and Barriss's skin to olive green. Anyone can see that that isn't their skin tone. LEGO has it well represented with the brick yellow, which is more effective when placed next to a normal flesh minifigure. The Consular, like many TOR Mirialans, is olive, while Unduli and Offee are not. I would hope that LEGO knows better than to make them olive green! Crossing my fingers for more film updates of the Jedi for next year... (Although Shaak Ti is the least Clone Wars-y minifig I know. "Requires a film design she does not. Integrates well with movie Jedi she does. Creepy oversized eyes she has not."

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 11 Rumours & Discussion
8BrickMario replied to CM4Sci's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Or maybe a post that has an antistud on the side to attach him to, similar to the antistuds on the headlight bricks. The Scarecrow could come with a brown neck bracket to attach to it. -

Well, the armor pieces are recolored (and unprinted) versions of the Battle Mech's. Not new because of Series 9, but not common either.

Oops. I forgot the spoiler-tagged one! I now realize he was referring to the Thing/Chunk one.

The second one is a reference to both the Shrunken Head and Plankton being 1x1 sand green cylinders.

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 11 Rumours & Discussion

I hope not. A copy of Grumlo (or whatever his name is, the white one, honestly couldn't care less) is not what I want. I want something along the lines of the yeti in "Rudolph". I think the scarecrow could come with a pole that he can attach to. -
@Wesker: Why a new film Barriss? The older one in the Swamp Speeder is excellent. It doesn't really need a redesign, she'll probably only get one if she appears in a newer set some day. They just can't reissue minifigs. If I did change her, I'd keep the head and torso, but give her printed legs and a dark blue hood with Laval's dark blue cape. And add a second expression to the existing head. That would be nice, just a few updates to a solid minifigure. Let's hear it for a Battle of Kashyyyk set!

What I'd love to see is a film update of Luminara in a not-too-expensive set. The old one looked decidedly manly, and I think the Mirialan look was brilliantly captured in the upcoming Jedi Consular, so I'd love an EP II-III Luminara update, and see what LEGO does for her.

Although the purchase won't happen any time soon, I have a question regarding the Modular Buildings. Pet Shop or Town Hall? There are details about each that I absolutely love, and the price difference will not be a deciding factor. What do you guys like about each? I'd like arguments that will be convincing! Tolkien, my personal preference would be option 1, but that's me. I do like the Wizard Battle I got recently, but I too want that council!

Lego Superheroes 2013 Rumours & Discussion

Where? And may I ask, is it particularly interesting? -
The guys in the Friends theme get no new molds. As all hairpieces are cross-compatible between Friends and other LEGO, Andrew's hair is the same as the Surfers. Maybe if Andrew was shirtless, Oky would be more appealing to the Friends!

It is indeed, and looks REALLY cool when a red light brick is shone into it. Also, it's the first trans-neon orange head since Magma Commander in the Agents theme. I wonder if the palantÃr setup (crystal ball, 2x2 round plate and Eye) could be put on the table in Orthanc. The Eye is much cooler when lit up than green-and-red-swirly palantÃr.

I don't understand the appeal for the Gatehouse. It looks fairly bland, and not too playable. The only good part I see would be the barding for the new horses. Not nearly as interesting as the Dragon Knight's stuff! To me, there are much better $30 sets, including, most notably, the CLS-89 Eradicator Mech.

I apologize for the stupidly uncapitalized "lego" in my last post! Veer away from Yoda grammar, in this discussion should we, hmm?

Minifigures Series 11 Re-use Part Guessing game.

@TrumpetKing: I would love the Grandma to come with a 1x1 cookie tile! That'd work well in the Friends theme, too. I hope the Constable has a new helmet; the pith helmet works, but not well enough! @CM4S: Is your guess based on the S10 "preliminary" image where the Librarian had the flasks in that color? -
How do you splash into it, if it's empty (and thus has no water in it)?

^This. Freakish eyes rule! Now I know that the hedgehog can be Anakin's pet. They can stare at each other creepily for hours....

I think an enlarged and less friendly-looking version of this dragon would be appropriate, based on this image: They could also go for a more reptilian look. as well. The film will tell.

It first appeared in 2007 Castle, and I hope the dragon is more unique.

Yes, that's the same as the polybag promotional Hulk, just the new one is on a keychain. -
Any guesses as to keychains? All of the new minifigs from this wave are good candidates!

  I know how you feel, Tolkien! You gotta be patient when you hit post on the 3DS! If you click too many times, you have to edit, and sometimes you have to shut down the blasted machine before you are allowed to edit! I don't know why I continue to use it. Perhaps it's because of my addiction to the site! And yes. June 1, but everything's available at TRU. EDIT: Ninja'd by Str0ngbad!

Well, I only have the Warp Stinger, and I realized since the cocoons break on impact, that if I laid it on the groung and used the ball shooter on its tail, it broke. Makes for an interesting rescue scene. I'm gonna load one of the CLS-89 cocoons (in lime green) into the Hive Crawler's butt catapult when I get both for a "heroes utilize disgusting insect spawn launcher to free compatriot" or whatever. Basically, they've got great play value. Launching the cocoon might hurt for the Squad member, but he has a helmet!

I don't think so. Tan in lego is brick yellow or sand yellow. Neither work. LEGO has a trend of redesigning sand green characters in olive green now, so if they remade Bossk, he'd likely be next. Although it is a bit early for a redesign.
