I think there's only one door into the cabin and it's situated on the larbour side of the ship, considering the position of the main mast that makes sense. The railing on the other side indicates that there is no door there, there might indeed be an extra compartiment in the cabin

This contest was pretty awesome, thanks for organizing Bob . -
Bluecoats return! New torso's, a white bandana, dark red brick bricks, flags, rum bottles and is that a dark blue bicorner? I think I'll pick up the soldiers fort and pirate raft. The ship I'm not so interested in, it's hardly different from the BBB, recycling couldn't be more obvious. Although... I didn't get the BBB so I might get this BB instead, the two are practically equal.

Here are all of the Ship MOCs that aren't indexed yet, http://www.eurobrick...howtopic=100427 a fully rigged ship, three courses of sails http://www.eurobrick...howtopic=100716 an unknown type I suppose http://www.eurobrick...showtopic=99087 A Galleon I think. http://www.eurobrick...showtopic=98059 fully rigged ship, three courses of sails http://www.eurobrick...showtopic=99608 fully rigged ship, two courses of sails http://www.eurobrick...showtopic=99809 unknown type http://www.eurobrick...showtopic=97452 Galleon http://www.eurobrick...showtopic=97110 Fully rigged ship, four courses of sails http://www.eurobrick...showtopic=98589 Fully rigged ship, three courses of sails http://www.eurobrick...showtopic=98977 Fully rigged ship, four courses of sails http://www.eurobrick...showtopic=98974 Digital design http://www.eurobrick...showtopic=98226 Brig, four courses of sails http://www.eurobrick...showtopic=98121 Digital design http://www.eurobrick...showtopic=98448 Xebec, three-masted. http://www.eurobrick...showtopic=50098 This one seems to be an older one (2010) nevertheless, it's not indexed. Brig, three courses of sails http://www.eurobrick...showtopic=97563 Galleon http://www.eurobrick...showtopic=95899 Brig, two courses of sails http://www.eurobrick...showtopic=96378 Cog http://www.eurobrick...showtopic=97523 There are two ships here http://www.eurobrick...showtopic=97170 Catamaran http://www.eurobrick...showtopic=84508 Barque or Galleon http://www.eurobrick...showtopic=96280 I'm guessing a brig with two courses of sails. I think that's all of them . I hope I got the classification right, when I scroll through the sorted ship MOC index I'm often confused by ships within the Barque and Galleon category. It also gets confusing for famous ships such as the Black Pearl which is, in the movie, a fully rigged ship. Yet many mocs, as well as the official set, lack a square sail on the lateen mast reducing the ship to either a galleon or a barque (?) Anyway, I hope this list helps to make lighter work of indexing all these ship . Edit: Done, May 14th 2015

I second that, a dark blue hull would be great for imperial ships, I recall that the Interceptor from POTC had a dark blue hull as well. A (dark) tan hull would be interesting as well.

Nicely done! So many costum guns, I like the climbing ropes used for rigging, a fine frigate indeed, it looks ready to do some serious battling out in the sea...Well, apart from Emmet and the goat roaming about .

Whoop, just in time to post my entry . Looks like I wasn't the only one who had an underwater theme in mind. -

My entry: the theme I chose is Divers (1997), one of my childhood favourite themes. More pictures at Flickr. -
I'm sorry to bump up this topic but it seems relevant as there haven't been much mocs indexed lately .

Good work, The last bits are the hardest... at least they do take the longest time to find their place, in my creations as well . I can't help much with the idol, I would have to copy the construction and try some things myself. But I do think that a tan figurehead may fit better than a white one. Grey may also work (or silver if that was even possible ).

Anyone getting lots of Lego Ideas followers lately?
Sebeus I replied to Zerobricks's topic in Community
Yes I guess, but I don't really find that useful, to me it seems much more relevant to follow a project rather than a person. -
I'll probably rebuild her the same way, with some improvements here and there, this one's broadsides connect more smoothly to the hull than on the Beatrix.

Not at all, please go ahead and have fun .

Whoo another cruise Nothing better than a jolly crew on a nice ship. And you used a white hull, it works great with the yellow as long as the red seperates the colors, There's some red missing on the bow IMO though, perhaps brackets or other SNOT parts could fix that. This is just a detail but I think you should either make the center (main) mast a bit taller or the foremast a bit shorter. Other than that, keep up the good work, I like the Idol, the monkeys are kind of a signature. I'll remember to add plenty of them on my next ship .

Of course, good luck on your first ship .

You're right, maybe I'll try working out some alternatives for a brown and dark brown hull, black shouldn't be a problem I think.

Building instructions available for download here (right click, 'save as') The gun deck is not finished yet, it's a matter of basic bricks and plates to fill up the hull so there's no exact way of building the missing bits anyway. Yet I do plan to provide complete instructions but as I find LDD kind of difficult to work with I'll have to open the deck on the real ship to see what I'm doing. I will do that only after the next Belug event (as the operation would mess up the rigging). However I am certain that anyone can build a fine replica using these instructions (in fact you may come accros some improvements on the original ship ). Well... Instructions is one thing, gathering the parts you need is another . But you don't have to stick to that colorscheme of course, a variant with a black or brown hull would be interesting .

It happens occasionally and nobody ever knows why or how long it . I try to upload different pictures on different servers, I also use mocpages and flickr, they won't all be down at the same time. Actually, flickr is the most reliable, never went down as far as I know.

Thank you, The Digital version of the ship is almost finished, incase anyone would be interested in building instructions .

A fun Idea, too bad digital entries aren't allowed, don't have the parts to replicate the exo skeleton. -
I hope you did . The opera roof does seem useful for the purpose, I don't have the set though.

Thanks, I would like to see some new imperial trading post-style vessels, I dug up the old LDD file, got the original at hand and finished the ship. New Building instructions can be downloaded here(right click, 'save as' ). There seems to be a building error in the lxf file but I can promise there's no conflict at all when built in real bricks, have fun. Oh, I must add that this little ship underwent some slight changes over the years.

Who are the best minifig customizers at Eurobricks?
Sebeus I replied to Mister Phes's topic in Pirate MOCs
Interesting opinions but I think Mister Phes is looking for costumizers for the Haven Guard project I wish I could help but I'm not much of a costumizer, I like the Idea of seeing a new torso decal that may eventually become an official LEGO torso EDIT: Sorry Borador -
Well done for your first ship, I also like the playability, a feature my ships lost in the persuit of more historical accuracy. As for the ship type I can't help you out really, it will probably be classified as a fully rigged ship when added to the index. Great job
