    These figs look nice! I really like the western sand elves. As far as photography, I've found that taking the pictures outside in the shade works quite well.

    Thanks, I kinda already had ideas for it, and just never worked it out fully until I needed to make this. Thank you! And I put the house on the front side so it would be more of a direct transition to sign in from disembarking the ferry. It also makes it that everyone who enters the walls are permitted to be there. Thanks! I first saw this technique in Mark of Falworth's builds, but rather than divided the colors to make defined water textures, I like it all mixed together to give a choppy water feeling. I did a big bricklink buy recently to bulk up and this builds contains roughly 700 trans light blue and clear with a little over 800 trans blue. When I was experimenting with small numbers, I found that having more blue makes it look a bit better. Thanks so much to the rest of you, it was truly a pleasure to build!

    The Northern Gate to Vanguard opens onto the wharf where a number of piers are available for the ferry service and for sale to the public. This section is the first of 3-4 sections I will be doing to complete the Northern Gate of Vanguard. Wolfar waving to his brother on the shore as the Bern children run and play on the wharf. Lucinda tending to her horse. The rowers docking the ferry. Atlas stands by and has come to receive his next order of iron-works from the council.     Wonderful posing! But, I think adding a little more pale colored vegetation/landscaping would help a lot. Also a defined border would make it look cleaner and more polished. Good job!

    That challenge sounds interesting, but I don't think I have time for it. I'm so close to finishing my dock scene which has a base of 80x40 and I'm planning on using the next few days to finish and photograph it. There's a small chance I'll put something together for the challenge, I'll just have to see.

    I got sucked into fleashies because of the elf heads for my sigfig. Now I use all fleshies just to be consistent and I'm finding a shortage of female flesh heads.

    I made some good headway on the dock scene for my ferry. I was playing around with offsets on the dock itself and I like how it turned out. The finished build should be up in about a week's time. I also have a huge base finished for a slew of shops and labor related buildings that I'll be doing go get Settlement credits. But I have no idea when I'll get around to actually building those.

    It looks really good, especially the snow coverage. But, I think the tree could benefit from adding some olive coloring in there. Otherwise great build!
