When that happens(hopefully), I'll start buying them up. I'm still trying to decide if I want a bunch of these TMNT helms. Though, I think you've got the perfect torso combo with them.

It is one of the dwarf torsos from the Hobbit series. I believe that it came from the Unexpected Gathering set. And we usually discourage posting on topics that haven't be posted on in a while, just to give you a heads up. You could probably just PM me or anyone else about something like this.

Favorite part is the pentagonal tower support system.

Very nicely done, Ecc.! Love the elven weapons.

You didn't miss my Category B entry, but you did put me on the wrong side. You listed me under Nocturnus when I'm in Black Spire.

Book II - Avalonia: Guild sign-up and Discussion
HammerBro replied to Rogue Angel's topic in Guilds of Historica
Ironically, I've started to design a large freebuild that I may end up turning into my unlimited size story build for challenge 2. I'm excited to see what will be in store for us and we'll be ready! -
Know that feel, bro.

Thats great, I thought this might be the case after posting, didn't mean to step on any toes. Anyways, I like the idea of organizing it by Guild and Sub-race. As for elves, rogue made several different clans from across the Guilds which can be found here.

Agreed. The ones I know of are: The Tribes of Nocturnus Men Elves Dwarves Orcs Sages/Wizardly Folk Drow The Undead(Referenced in the Bard's Song) I do not have the time right now to make such an Index, but would be glad to do so once we have agreed on the races we should include.
-
It is also good to make sure that the build is clean of debris, such as hair, etc. I've seen some of these things in my own pictures a while after taking them and just a quick tidying can make all the difference.

Nice approach to the gate and the owl is a great touch!

I agree, especially the exposed roots.

Reminds me of the ships of Alqualondë when the Noldor used them to travel to Middle-Earth. Very nicely done.

The Cerean Outpost - Book II Challenge 1B
HammerBro replied to HammerBro's topic in Guilds of Historica
Thanks! And I couldn't recall where I got them from, I had to look it up. I now know that I got my few from the Bag End set from the Hobbit line because I don't really go for any city sets. Thank you for the comments!- 12 replies

PUMPKINS!! I really like the walls, definitely fits the tribe feel. The roofs are nicely done as well. -
I know that feeling.

Book II Challenge 1 A: To Ambush an Ambush
HammerBro replied to Gideon's topic in Guilds of Historica
Looks great, the only change I would make is the one I mentioned earlier. Absolutely love the round tiles in the path and good use of tan for tree bark. -
The bridge is my favorite part, even though I don't know why. Great job with using the palisade bricks to add to the wall texture, would't have thought about that myself. This is just my opinion, but the sideways rocks look a little to uniform in roundness. I might just be looking at it a bit too critically, but well done on the build!

My Cat B is up. The Cerean Outpost Edit: Just to clarify, the MOC that I used with my Drow Challenge entry doubled as an entry for Task 2. I saw on the first page that it has me written down for Tasks 1,3, and Drow Challenge. No biggy, just wanted to point it out. -
This is the Black Spire Outpost in the western foothills of the Rakath Mountains, just below the Cerean Pass. The outpost is maintained by Fether Rodun and his men, after they seized the abandoned tower for Black Spire some time ago. The trio has returned from the skirmish in the pass and continues to guard their outpost. The main view Wall Detail Top View And the interior I revised the story for my cat. A entry, which you can read here. This build was a greatly time consuming and I had to downsize it a bit because I needed to study for exams, but I added the interior to offset it. C&C welcome
