  1. I've been off the forums for a while now, so just wondering whether there is a full functions video for 42069 like how 42070 got? Also wonder how close 42069 puts us to making our own purple GT3 RS
  2. Absolutely beautiful model. You captured the lines of the car incredibly well
  3. Great Scott! Looks spot on. Always wanted one of these after watching the movie for the first time
  4. This model turned out to be fantastic! Especially cool that it was noticed by Koenigsegg
  5. Gotta say no matter how ridiculous that color scheme is, I do love the tracked vehicle. Fire truck looks good and as others have said it's a modem 8454. Surprised the tow truck has such few pieces.
  6. Unfortunately do not have the modification. I don't remember exactly what was wrong with it, I think it was that it gave the back wheels nearly no travel. So I converted it back, and haven't really had time to try again
  7. Sorry for the confusion. To clarify, when James originally wanted to upload the model to Rebrickable, he could not get it to work properly. So I offered to upload it for him but gave all credit to him http://rebrickable.com/mocs/Rishab/james-jts-lancia-stratos. The LDD file was also created by him. All I did was upload it to Rebrickable. I can delete it if James wants to upload his own version
  8. Wow the 8880 rendition looks just fantastic. If I were ever to build this, that is the way I would go. Maybe if the chassis was LBG or something, the body would 'pop' more. Again great work and looking to see the brick version of this
  9. Here you go http://www.ebay.com/usr/taddwholesale?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2754 Not sure how helpful it will be since the seller has no Lego items as far as I can see
  10. High rated whole seller on eBay had it, but only had one picture. I figured the risk of box damage or something was worth it for the price
  11. Fantastic work on a very difficult shape. I like how you used the Creator airplane tails in the front
  12. Damn it time to sell the #3 connectors I stocked up on. I'll just repeat what others have said in that colorful models are great, but maybe this one takes it too far as it does not match the vehicle. The TLG designers must be scratching their heads "They asked for more colors and when we give them they complain"
  13. I like the jet's functions and that VTOL looks very interesting, but not so much the bodywork. After seeing it compared to the F-35 it just looks odd especially with those tiny wings.
  14. Great progress so far. Personally I'm not a fan of the headlights. They look a bit old-fashioned compared to the rest of the angular bodywork
  15. Wow that is fantastic especially considering it is 100% Lego. There goes the Bricklink supply for yellow 5x11 panels
  16. Wow that shortening of wheelbase did the car a huge favor. It looks fantastic. I'm no MOCcer but IMO I agree about the curved panel in the hood, it looks a bit off. Any chance you could put a flex axle or something right behind the front axle? IMO looks a bit odd
  17. I think a few people have done it either in the main 41999 topic or the 41999 modification topic. Should be easy. I remember seeing a picture of the 41999 in yellow looks pretty good that way.
  18. Nice work. Why choose gears over pneumatics? Either way works, just curious Also maybe the body could be a Range Rover, something like this

    Car Talk

Just getting into car culture with my first enthusiast car a 9th gen Honda Civic Si. Still learning how to drive it properly as I have never driven a stick shift before. On another note this presents the dilemma of where the money should go-- Legos or car parts?
  20. Ah my bad. Can't believe I missed that Closed out of the video too early
  21. I really like the 42062. Nice little set with a great price point and parts. I think it is a great way to introduce a child to sets with higher pieces without breaking the bank or adding too much complexity. The review quality was great especially with the 4K On another note I have been wondering why you decided to switch from giving ratings out of 5 stars to the "who will like the set vs who won't"?. Both are great ways to conclude the video, but for me personally I always got more information out of the stars
  22. Really like that yellow version. Looks like a pre built model aside from some studs showing
  23. Fantastic model. The front looks very intricate
  24. Thanks for posting this. I was looking at your pictures a while back wondering if I could reproduce the mods. It really helps the looks of the car
