  1. Well this is a bit ridiculous http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-Lego-42056-Technic-Porsche-911-GT3-RS-Box-Only-No-Pieces-Free-Shipping-/152194852287?hash=item236f8525bf:g:cHAAAOSwsTxXkRjd I don't think the 41999 boxes were ever sold at that price
  2. This looks absolutely beautiful. You nailed the details and lines perfectly, and it can clearly be seen that a lot of time and effort went into this. I especially like the engine bay area. I would absolutely love to have this on my shelf. Is there any chance of you making instructions.
  3. Great work as usual Thirdwigg. This entry just embodies Porsche for me
  4. Really good work so far. Looking forward to more progress
  5. This is one of my favorite creations that you have made. It looks fantastic
  6. Just watched the episode and it was pretty funny seeing them messing with the car. Now I just wish I could see the Top Gear guys getting confused by Lego
  7. Nice color scheme for an already great looking car. I also really like the white assassin with blue(?) chrome wheels in the top right picture
  8. I think this is your best supercar yet . However, I do think that the model looks a little thin. I think the model should be a little wider
  9. Great looking model. I like how you made the CAT logo out of bricks Don't worry i agree with you too
  10. Not sure if its accurate to the real truck, but I rebuilt most of the rear axle to put in Sariel's 3 stud wide differential lock. I changed the mounting point for the towball after taking pictures as it was interfering with the gears Now to figure out how to do this on the front axle
  11. Here's my version of RC steering. Not sure how it will work as I have the chassis disassembled. It looks a bit bulky but seems like it should work alright
  12. Nice review Blackbird. I knew this model was big but seeing the 42043 in the bed really made me realize it's size
  13. My Unimog has been a parts donor for too long and it's been sitting on my shelf. So I decided to rebuild it. Are there any necessary modifications that you guys would recommend? Also has anyone found a way to motorize steering with an M motor? I know there's an easy way with a servo but I think they're a bit expensive
  14. Very unique concept. I like the gold wheels
  15. Great work! You did a good job routing the hoses neatly
  16. Wow this is instantly recognizable. Looks like it uses some rare parts though. Also noticed you seem to like V10 supercars: Your Gallardo, R8, and now this
  17. Nice work! I think you did a good job of making a very curvy car with angular pieces. I'm not a fan of the front as i think it looks a little messy though
  18. Nice review Sariel. I would think a vehicle like this would have 4 wheel steering. I think this set has some good mod potential. For starters some cosmetic things. I know the orange is based on the real excavator, but I think replacing it with black would be better. The tubes could be wired much flatter, and this set is in desperate need of long black friction pins. Another nice thing could be pneumatically raising the cab.
  19. Just found out I have 17 dollars left on an Amazon gift card. Are there any small sets you guys would recommend or should I spend it elsewhere
  20. I agree with the others that the roof is a bit too high. Aside from that great entry!
  21. The current instructions from Rebrickable have a 2 speed gearbox. However, James implemented a 4 speed into the model, but as far as I know, there is no LDD for that
  22. Fantastic work as usual Sariel. This set just looks great, but that crane is plain ugly and isn't even functional. I think I prefer the B model here. Two questions. That HOG seems really awkward, is there any way to make it vertical? Also do you think one could add differentials in the axles while keeping the steering geometry?
  23. Great review Sariel. I think I'm going to pass on this. Aside from size it doesn't really appeal
