[COR - February FB3] New Beginnings
Garmadon replied to Mike S's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Beautiful log cabin, Mike, both the walls and the roof are superb (that string really gives the roof some extra flair!), and great use of those new smaller brown windows! The landscaping outside and door are excellent too, and I really like the photography and the scroll-type edit! Certainly approved! -

Very nice build and excellent story, BrickOn, the woodwork is great (lovely textures there!), and it looks like a pretty powerful fort as well! Awesome job with those trees too!

Garmadon replied to Captain Braunsfeld's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Awesome micro Captain B, the ships and smoke are superb, and that island is fantastic as well! That sounds very good, and having a good story would greatly improve your score in the challenge- 22 replies

Age of Mitgardia (free-build-challenge)
Garmadon replied to Ecclesiastes's topic in Guilds of Historica
Ah, the orderly Corry, eh? Hope you can get it done sometime! - speaking of which, I probably should get working on the AoM too (I've really been distracted by those pirates! ) -
Excellent warehouse Elostirion, all three stories look great, and the roof and torches are some fantastic details as well! I'm liking the cluttered wares there, and looking forward to more pics!

Monthly Free Build Registration Thread March 1st, 2016 to April 1st, 2016 What is this thread? This is the thread where YOU register your free build, besides submitting it via the webform. So, why are we doing this again? This thread is both an index of builds so that they may be easier to find for members, and a backup for the Economic Game System. What do I need to do? Simply write the following information in a NEW post: Name of MOC linked to the thread | Name of Builder | Faction you belong to IE: Smuggler's Cove | Kai NRG | Eslandola Write no more. Note: All free builds must have their own thread, and there must be a link to that thread provided here. After you are finished making a thread, make sure to report your free build via the monthly webform so that you can get credit for it! Remember, if this build is going to have an Economic Game System component (IE you are going to buy a license and make money off the property) you will need to fill out either a Property License Form or a Ship License Form. Do not comment on builds in this thread, please do that on the MOC’s own thread. Can I just post in my faction thread and leave it at that? Um... No. Can I put up an entry for another faction member's build? If that builder has disappeared and we are getting near the end of the month, this would be allowed. Is this just a copy of GoH's free build registration thread? No! I don't have any idea what made you think it is. The idea was a completely original one and has absolutely nothing to do with GoH's one. (Yes, actually it is ) Why does this look a lot like the previous ones? Because it is the same, that's why Previous Months: January's Free Build Registration Thread February's Free Build Registration Thread

Thanks Bregir! I thought knew that the jib was the one between the foremast and the bowsprit and the spanker was somewhere in the back, but lacking the names of the ones in the middle I tried to make the most of my limited knowledge! Thanks for the enlightenment though! Oh, and I didn't mean it looked odd that the staysails were not set, but that if they were set it would probably make the distance between the fore and mainmasts less pronounced - in case that makes any sense!

[ESL - FB5] The Pearldiving Trouble
Garmadon replied to Elostirion's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Very nice little build and excellent photography, Elostirion, the minifig and animal posing is great, and the idea of pearl-diving is very good too - approved! -
[SR-FB2 Feb] Even A Pirate Has a Sweet Tooth
Garmadon replied to MKJoshA's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Very nice sugar plantation MKJ, and excellent job with the irregular base! Great fig too! -
Another beautiful ship KB, lovely color-scheme and hull shape, the rigging looks quite good - especially for LDD! - and I really like the deck space and the very smooth integration of the fore and aftcastles! The sails and masts are excellent as well, although I do think the space between the two looks a bit much Maybe some of those triangular sideways sails (spankers? jibs? Excuse my ignorance ) would help it out, although I'm not sure how it would affect the sailing power of the ship! Definitely approved though!

[ESL-FB2] Roldolfo's, Nova Terreli
Garmadon replied to Phadeout's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Very nice build Phadeout, I'm liking the modular aspect of the build, and the various accouterments inside are excellent as well! Looking forward to Sir Chemisto and the Great Herbalist Battle! -
[ESL - FB] Duel? We will see honor upheld!
Garmadon replied to Capt Wolf's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
More Eslandolan duels (or at least maybe)? Awesome scene Capt. Wolf, those are always great when executed correctly and this one is no exception! The table, fireplace, and other details are very nice, and the mood iss captured perfectly! Very nice story as well! Approved from me - if this isn't one of your first two freebuilds! -
[COR - MRCA Result - Jan] That is no Oleander Vessel!
Garmadon replied to SkaForHire's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Neat little vessel Ska, I'm liking that sail, and her crew looks rather dangerous as well - if they know how to steer the thing -
[OL - FB5] 'La Recouvrance'
Garmadon replied to Kolonialbeamter's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Fantastic ship KB, lovely work on the hull and those sails, and the details on deck are superb as well! The comparison with the Imperial Flagship really brings out the size, and the water around it does improve the presentation a lot (although I imagine it was a royal pain! ) Excellent job pumping out those ships this (last) month! Definitely approved! -
[OL -CH2A] Pride of Poseidon
Garmadon replied to Captain Genaro's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Excellent vessel Captain G, great job with the hull, and the rigging and masts look superb as well! The blue flags do look a bit out of place in the color-scheme, but I suppose there was no way around that!- 14 replies

Very nice build and hilarious story Captain Genaro, the landscaping device (conman thing-a-ma-bob? ) is excellent, and the wagon and landscaping are quite neat as well! Good work with the photography too, though a more flat background (large sheets of glossed paper is what I use) would improve the presentation a bit Great job overall though, and (if you are going to licence this) congrats on BoBS' first licenced mine

[COR - FB 1] The HMS Bull Shark
Garmadon replied to SkaForHire's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Nice ship Ska, those cannons look like they could pack quite a punch! Very nice edit in the first pic as well, getting rid of those colored bricks at the bottom does help a lot! -
Yes, the first small property is free as well I'll let Ska now about the missing box there

Awesome build and very nice glimpse into your room, Capt B, the furniture is all great, but I especially like that camera and the ship on the background against the wall! Although it does seem like your background is a bit too small! Excellent photography as well!
