Nice. I love how you did the benchseat!
-
This is beautiful! I like the colour combination and the details on the front facade. Any plans to build it with bricks?

That sucks! I don't tend to buy many used parts from BrickLink, but there is definitely a lot of variability, from looks like new to somewhat grotty. Fortunately, nothing like this yet. Hope you can get your money back.

Selling Instructions for my modular buildings
Kristel replied to Kristel's topic in Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds
Thanks d-delay and LegoDr! The "Help me get to Billund 2014" Sale! I'm currently having a sale on the instructions for the Tan Townhouse, Coveted Clutch and Psychiatrist's Office. Until the 21st July (or maybe longer), get 10% off when you buy any two instructions or 15% off if you buy all three instructions in one transaction. Thanks for looking! -
This is a gorgeous layout. You've done an awesome job at bringing it all together so cohesively, like a real little town.

Great looking snot cabinet! I think I liked the beast better when he was covered in fur. I can't think of a single good reason, but then my memory of fairy tales isn't that great.

Beautiful work!

Thanks, but I can't take credit for the record player, as it was part of the official set. :)

Thanks, Grogall! Not much to go on yet, but certainly sound like it could be a great one. Now the long wait to see what it looks like!

Looks like a bustling town, with some really nice scenes! I particularly like the fruit shop scene and the facade on the bakery. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks, LegoDr and Andy. That's a great idea! I hadn't considered this at all, but I can see this would be quite nice actually. Are you planning on having the door and turret part on the corner?

You can get this to show up on your orders page as a little scroll icon for each order. Go to your settings page for orders, where there should be an option to select which columns you would like to have shown in your orders placed screen. Hope that makes sense. Let me know if not, and I can post some screenshots later today.

This is great. I love the boat , the skeleton and the temple. I like the upper trim on the back wall as well, although I feel it needs to be higher to be part of a university. I thought the same thing at first, and then thought maybe he / she was just nervous!

Wow! The attention to detail is just incredible. I love how you have done the beams/framed the attic and the tiling on the upper bathroom wall. My favourite parts is the basement though - loved those moves.

This one is just adorable! Thanks for sharing.

This is great! Love the shape and the colour scheme.

Traveling with Friends (built by my little bro)

Nice scene! The canopy on the wagon looks great. -
Wow! The details and the resemblance to the real thing are just amazing.

This is awesome! A great idea, and nicely executed. I love the details and the clever parts use, like the white plume for the frosting, the hands as levers for the machinery and thespian's collar for the icing. Hope we see you in here more often!

MOC: Cobblestone Street & Bridge, Theatre District
Kristel replied to AncientDayz's topic in LEGO Town
This is just beautiful! I love the curves and the brick textures. I also like how you have done the lamps at the bottom of the each side and the flower beds. Well done all round! -
I really like the facade on both these buildings, especially the tiled columns on the hardware store. However, I'd struggle to go into any store that had the word "Crooks" in their name!
-
This is great! I think you've got the details for a dodgy repair shop nailed. There some really nice details, especially the toolbox and the dumpster. LOL!

I don't know if there is necessarily a correlation between being OCD about storage and making great MOCs, but thanks anyway! Thanks, Andy. I checked my spreadsheet again post and it's actually just over 60,000 now. There is one other shelf unit that holds the boxes with the sets, which is not shown in the photos. My spreadsheet doesn't have pictures, but it's not a big deal anymore as I've learnt to recognise most of what I have by BrickLink name. I did start off trying to include pictures but it quickly became too big. I think the answer to your question is yes, but I think there are better options than BrickStore, especially given that this isn't being supported by the developer. I have a copy of my inventory with Rebrickable as well as my own spreadsheet. This is an online database, which is actively supported and has good integration with BrickLink. All my parts come from sets or BrickLink and you can add both very easily to your inventory. If you have a BrickLink XML file of your inventory, you can upload that directly to Rebrickable.

Thanks! Thanks Dorek and Aanchir! With the exception of the Black Phantom, we've only got good guys here. So, black it will have to be. More fun stuff that girls do. You'll just have to stay tuned to find out!

Next stop for the girls is the beauty parlour for a makeover! The next thing I have in mind requires Breez to be sitting down, on a chair or the ground (either would work). However, I'm struggling with posing her. Any suggestions welcome.
