An impressive platoon! At least it's impressive to someone who doesn't have a single redcoat (me). -

An entry into Category A! -
A lone Algus sets his foot upon Kaliphlin sand... and the transformation has begun. Before long, it's a full-fledged attack! The nearest garrison rushes to protect... but will they be in time? Even the Algus have a sweet tooth, though! Well, I finally got a chance to try out the crack sand technique - figured it would be necessary to keep it from having a beach look. In retrospect I don't think that color blue was quite right for under the ice and it would have been nice to make the fortress a bit less rectangular (but since it was already late afternoon by the time I got to that point I knew I had better not try anything fancy!). Building the Algus figs was fun however! Thanks for looking!

Location: E02 Tags: Just a nice bow out for this character! A pretty fun build. In fact I was rather happy with how it turned out - and very happy that I actually managed to get it done!

Ignore the plantation rule for now please. Go ahead and register the plantation in Arlinsport - anyone else can register one there too, if so inclined.- 897 replies

[The Frozen Beyond Cat. C] Driving Back the Algus
Kai NRG replied to LittleJohn's topic in Guilds of Historica
Excellent build LJ, the fire barrel looks great though a bit small to take on the whole threat. But the icy torrent is really good as is your rockwork, and I really like the bridge! A solid entry!- 15 replies

Was that a pun? I didn't know you were into Ninjago. -
Thanks everyone! Thanks Capt! Flush decks always look funny to me, so I just popped the back up a tad. You are right about the rudder. I knew it was way too big. But I ran out of more suitably sized slopes. I'll have to investigate the whole square rigged vs. fore and aft thing before I build another ship! Class 2 WR. Thanks Maxim! As I have no hull parts that was a matter of necessity! Thank you!
