I guess so, now that you mention it, but not only do I expect my trade co. to cover it, but I've got the secretary salary. Trust me, that's more than 5 DBs. I have no intention of being hung by my toes from the nearest palm tree. If any one goes in the red this month, I will MOC that!

I am going to reserve a share in this while there's still time: (25 DBs intro 20 first two freebuilds) That's not all I've earned this month but no use putting my whole bank account out here! Note: Technically I spent 5 already on a small property, but I have earned 4 on my third free-build already and should have no problem earning 1 on my ship... at least, I would hope so (and even if that falls through there's always the secretary of state salary).

Most certainly you could post and license modular sections. What I'm not sure about is if posting two buildings on the same inseparable baseplate should be/is permitted.

Beautiful mansion! Especially liking the interior, but of course the outside is really good too! The red roof is very striking and goes surprisingly well with the tan!

First order of business: Who is interested in pitching in to buy MCTC a share in the Sulky Harlequin? Right now I estimate that would be about 10 DBs each (total is 45), if at least 4 of us participate. I would be willing to foot the 15, so we would need at least 3 others of you. Profits would go to MCTC coffers, but sometime down the road MCTC would try to repay you (but not right away, because that would make the whole thing kind of worthless!). Edit: Since there is only one share left, Whoops, jumped the gun there. Whatever - I have bought it out of my own pocket and am willing to stand behind that if the rest of you aren't interested in the bargain (but if course, profits would go to me in that case, not to MCTC!) Second order of business: We need enough DBs to pay off our charter fee this month - we have 1 license so far, we need at least 2 more, in any MCTC settlement. (Well, we also have my small residence, but that's not going to bring in much.)

Hmm... will have to get back to you on that one. No chance you can build them on separate 16x16 baseplates (and make them modular if you so desire)? Do remember that in one month you can only license either 2 properties in 2 different locations or 3 properties in one location!

Got 4 dark red profile bricks and just had to put them to some good use! This, by the way, is Guy's Uncle. Not quite sure what exactly he is doing in Weelond, but... here he is! I decided to do an SK style slide-out interior - pretty fun and remarkably easy! I'm on a roll! This pirate era stuff is fun! C&C welcome! This is my third free-build this month.
