  1. Thanks for the suggestion. But we shall see how shipping costs will come into play... Thanks -RailCo
  2. At the very least I believe they should re-release one of the most solde/re-sold/loved train sets ever made from either the 4.5v era, 12v era, or 9v era. So for example set 4558/10001 or set 7740/7745 or Set 181 or maybe release like a taster pack that has a couple different engines all of these ideas could have power functions easily added or they could update one of these models with more modern molds and parts. My 2 cents. C'mon Lego trains is what really kicked off your business in the first place -RailCo
  3. People were talking about getting a train Ideas passed with 10,000 votes why not this one? It will at least get Lego's attention if nothing else. Link: https://ideas.lego.com/projects/101885/updates -RailCo NOTE: Not my personal idea
  4. Hey all if you could give me updates on status of selling that would be great! -RailCo
  5. Thank you @JackJonespaw and @Legocitycustoms, the main goal of the model was to fit within the guidelines of the competition while making it like a classic set with a modern twist. Cheers, -RailCo
  6. All. I. can. do. is.
  7. MOC Winter Village Repair Shop by Rail Co, on Flickr The Story Behind My "Winter Village: Repair Shop": When I saw this Competition I thought to myself how can I make a small town winter themed set. When all of a sudden a small repair shop came to mind. I realized in this cold winter weather how are the minifigures going to get their cars fixed without a Repair Shop!. So I got to building and thinking about all the details. The scene is supposed to show a lightly dusted repair shop (maybe a small coating of snow like we get every few years in Texas). This is why the roof shows little snow and the ground has a thin layer. My goal was to include a tow truck and a car with a classic theme in mind hinting the 4 wide cars. Now enjoy the rest! MOC Winter Village Repair Shop by Rail Co, on Flickr The Repair Shop comes with 2 Figures, A repair man and a tow truck driver both made to look like classic town figures. It comes with a small sedan and a Flat bed tow truck, along with a bicycle as they repair everything here. MOC Winter Village Repair Shop by Rail Co, on Flickr The interior has many elements to it starting from left to right you will see a small shelf and a desk, this is where the repair man consults with clients about repairs that need to be done to their vehicle, on the shelf behind the desk there are small boxes of parts in stock to be used when cars, bikes, and motorcycles need them. Next you will see a rims in bins for cars who need them along with spare tires on the tire rack. On the shelf in the actual garage area of the shop you will see cans of oil, brake fluid, washer fluid, transmission fluid, etc. along with tools to. The floor of the garage is checkered as that is how I mention a small repair shop to be. MOC Winter Village Repair Shop by Rail Co, on Flickr The tow truck while cars are being worked on, is parked outside of a snowy pavement which is detached from the building so you can move it to any side of the building you choose so it can fit into a winter scene or city better. MOC Winter Village Repair Shop by Rail Co, on Flickr Thank you for looking at my Winter Village Repair Shop, please as always constructive criticism and compliments are all welcome! Good Luck to everyone else who enters, their are some amazing models already out there! Happy Holidays! -RailCo

  15. Hello Everyone This is a pretty broad topic but I am looking for town (mostly vehicles, and construction sets along with small buildings), and also trains (12v and 9v era). If anyone has extras of these that they do not and have them at a REASONABLE price (I mean reasonable). Please either reply to this topic or preferably pm me. I am trying to build with older sets just because they are personally better looking and I am a collector of trains. Cheers, -RailCo
  16. How much are the gas station (shell) and the Truck (6357) going for you or how much are you selling them for! Thanks -RailCo
  17. are you planning on selling any of this at the moment as I am interested in the modular and the constitution train chase if they are at a reasonable price. Great Bulk though -RailCo P.S. I f you come across more train sets i would be interested in those too.
  18. I hope to reduce the price you have used a hollow design as it would use a lot less plastic and is still going to be strong if you leave enough plastic for the thickness of the walls. Great job on the Monorail designs though! -RailCo
  19. I found that same thing when i was building mine i forgot to post about that! -RailCo
  20. I'm sure you could make a buck or two if you put these on shapeways along with many other track pieces if you make more! Great job. -Railco
  21. There's no words one how spectacular this is the detail and streamline of everything is impeccable!!!!  Wow -RailCo
  22. I arranged my hoses EXACTLY to the instructions and my crane turns perfectly, I would recommend taking the hoses out and redoing them. Everything you connect a pair of hoses turn the crane 180 each way and make sure it works if it doesn't bend the hoses accordingly repeat for all hoses. That is what I did when i first built it and it worked for me. Also make sure none are sticking to far out on the underside of the crane that can cause issues too Good Luck! -Railco
  23. Anyone know a good way to add motorized steering as the making it move is easy but I don't know where to put a servo or m motor to turn in without it looking ugly. Any suggestions? -RailCo
  24. Incredible build! I really like that the suspension is so realistic and very soft like real bajas. Incredible job -RailCo
