  1. Instant recognizable! Great job with the Dying Gull!
  2. Great job with including that shield in the wall of the fort! As expert on big smooth walls (check this out), I think you did a great job But some brick-bricks and other colours (dark tan or medium flesh or grey) to break it, would make it even better.
  3. Thanks for this historical accurate MOC! Never knew the sergeant was wearing a "Spontoon", so thanks for teaching me something new! Great job! I am not such a big fan of the simple faces, as it looks like a bunch of simple fools marching toward their death. But then again, that is exactly what happened back then. Simple fools standing next to each other, ready to be hit hahaha
  4. Very nice scene! They look very organised and a good force to be reckoned with Especially cudo's for the pikeman. The combo body and legs is super!
  5. Guilty I asked it as a question a few days ago, but had no response. And since one of the original ideas of BoBS is try and discover what is possible, I sent a trade vessel to a port I established a warehouse in (to supply that warehouse).
  6. Just wondering how it is possible Prio has only 100 PIP's. They have a trade fleet, so they should generate PIP's by that income. Especially if you see all other nations have multiple 1000's of PIP's
  7. Great response! Just one thing I am not sure about. I see a horse I am pretty sure that poor animal will be slaughtered for food very quickly
  8. Hahaha I love it how Jack and Kate are based on two famous Black Sails characters Great job with this AMRCA! Keep on continuing!
  9. My bad, it arrived as SPAM in my mailbox
  10. Enough? Don't know if I can't find that word in my dictionary Thanks! The buildings are in the typical Trador style A Bru-Haha local factory would even be better Exactly! I see the BoBS world exactly the same way. What we have is only a small part of a bigger total. And given both cities are close to eachother, I am sure it is perfectly normal MAESTRO and WTC NPC's can be found visiting eachother. As traders, craftsmen or tourists
  11. Hmm, that explains a lot as well... Mayor Ethiximus was already wondering if a flu-epidemy going around as many soldiers reported having headaches :p
  12. They were found in One of those pirate sets from the last wave :) Hahaha :p You got me :p but since the Trador Development Tax, we had only the WTC and Professor Thaum visiting :p So yes, there are 90 soldiers currently keeping an eye over the WTC Bully Boy I as they have nothing else to do :p
  13. @Phred: just to be sure, same Goes for the New troops in Trador
  14. After another woman was killed in the streets of Trador last month, Mayor Yohannes Ethiximus found it time to raids the troops in Trador. The Battalion stationed by MAESTRO was too busy controlling the many WTC vessels sailing in and out each month, so time for some new forces! Led by General Whitedragon, the 60 new recruits were guided through the many streets of the bustling City. Hopefully some quieter months are laying ahead now.
  15. Chapter 5: A Luxury Prison Even he never saw an Eslandolan prison from the inside, Emanuel was pretty sure they were much worse than the place they were now being held in. Beautifull marmer walls with golden windows, altough too high to enjoy a view of what is happening outside. A pool with fresh water inside their room. The finest food every day. But still they were not allowed to leave their room. Luckily the First Mate entered the room every now and then and took Emanuel to exploring trips in the building. That building turned out to be the royal palace. During those trips they named different stuff in their respective languages and after a while, they were able to understand eachother. The first basic conversations were able to take place. The First Mate told Emanuel that they had to wait until the King returned from his voyage across the sea, as it will be the King who will decide their faith. But normally the Eslandolan adventurers should not worry. Emanuel lost track how long they were already gone from home. It felt like long long ago since he left Trador. Again weeks passed by. The Eslandolan crew played card games and music. The first mate arranged for language lessons, so the strangers were able to conversate with the returning King. They were in prison, but it was a luxury prison. And finally the guards yelled to dress up. Different rams horns blasts filled the air and from the outside, the excitement of the locals could be heard in the room the Eslandolans stayed in. Showtime!
  16. CHAPTER 2 : Sailing To Destiny Part 2.A : (Maxim I) - Firm Boaty Inspectors "Sir, Sir!" Captain Bostoximus suddenly awoke. He looked to Chief's Mate Alfred Deckers, wondering why this aspiring officer found it necessary to wake him up. "We got company sir. 2 class 4 junks and a class 6 flagship it appears. They fly the blue flag, so we assume they are Lotii" Now Captain Bostoximus was completely awake. He jumped in his clothes and rushed towards the next cabin, knocking heavingly on that door. "Lord Damaximus, time for action!" Captain Bostoximus was surprised how fast a fully dressed Damaximus was opening the door. As Damaximus saw the surprised face of his buddy, he laughed. "I was just about to take an air. What's the matter mate?" "It appears we got company". They both ran towards the railing of the Margot. "It looks they don't seem very hostile, but they are on guard. Which should not surprise us, given their struggles with Carno. Captain, make sure no idiot on this ship fires a gun" "Yes Mylord. (gives some orders). We'll let them board for inspection then?" "Aye, we have nothing to fear. We dropped our platoon in Tellvok, so they don't have to fear us". A little bit later, a small gunboat was getting closer and it did'nt take so long before a few Lotii were welcomed on board of the Margot" To the big surprise of the Eslandolans, one of the Lotii was able to communicate with them. "Our captain thank you for the good welcome. We in war with Carno, so we very suspicious for Northern looking vessels. It is good you let us aboard. We hope you are fine we check your inventory" Ofcourse that was no problem. The Lotii also asked what the reason for their journey was, but Lord Damaximus didn't say everything, not knowing the relation between the Lotii and Dranomondo". After the inspection, the Lotii offered to visit Fuji for some fresh water and food, an offer that the Eslandolans could not refuge. But they better had refused it. The harbour of Fuji was not forseen on big vessels like Margot and Prince of Stedor and before they knew, both ships were stranded on a sand bank. They hoped to be able to sail away with high tide, but even high tide was not enough. Local scholars forsaw the next Super Moon to be in 6 months, and with only the Purple Reign being able to sail further, they had to take a long break. The Eslandolans were allowed to disembark in small groups, so that was the only positive thing. Part 2.B : (Trador) - A Lotii Wedding Gift During one of those trips, one of the Eslandolan officers, Thomas Defauw, met a local Lotii girl and after some rendez-vous, they fell in love. As the bond between the Eslandolans and the local Lotii became stronger and stronger, no one objected their relationship and after a few months, they had a nice traditional wedding. Thomas Defauw received permission to stay in Fuji and as wedding gift, Lord Damaximus made him in charge of a local MAESTRO branch. The mayor of Fuji gave an older empty house to the new couple and so was the MAESTRO Warehouse in Fuji established. As Lord Damaximus lost already a few good men in Drolic (a warehouse and Trador Agency there) and Tellvok (a very big warehouse and a big Trador Agency), the MAESTRO Warehouse became also the Trador Agency of Exploring & Culture. Anyway, months passed by, they celebrated the local New Year with fireworks and finally the time for the Super Moon arrived. The ships were ready for sail and once the water was high enough, our adventurers finally could continue their journey. Hopefully the next stop will be Dranomonto! -------------------- Hooray, I am finally able to continue the AMRCA! I gave the story the sand bank twist to explain why it was silent for 6 months :) Looking forward where the GM will lead the next chapter to, but honestly, I do hope to arrive at my goal and finish some things up. My characters is already away for way too long :p
  17. to all: don't forget tomorrow Flickr starts with not letting you upload new pictures if you have more than 1000 pictures (and are not pro). In one month they'll start deleting your oldes pictures
  18. Hmm time for some treasure hunting
  19. Indeed superb angling for the towers. It gives the right feeling without being a Minecraft fort. Although the battlements should be a bit more higher I think. There is not really much place to hide
  20. Bart and LMBlackBird already pointed out my thoughts, so that's easier for me :D I really like the tumblehome! That is amazingly done!
  21. Hahaha funny story! I second Kai, amazing underwater vegetation!
  22. Booze! Sorry, that slipped my mind, it should be: trading opportunities! Great job on the elevation and vegetation!
  23. A classic Bregir MOC! Very nice :) The water effect you created looks amazing!
  24. Wow, what a nice project!!! I was blown away by the pictures, especially compared to your Old Barracuda. The difference is huge!!! Anyway, good luck with the rest! You got a huge supporter here :)
  25. Great job! She looks very nice and a fearsome enemy on the seas! The curves looks very good, altough if you want some feedback, the deepest point of the curve should be more to the front. The curve will start lower as well, which is good as the end of the curve should be higher than the beginning. Difficult to translate as I am not a native English guy, so hope this beautifull plan points out what I mean: (it is the plan I use for the curves and dimensions of my 3rd rate ) But again, it is a very beautifull vessel you made! Enjoy it
