  1. A couple of weeks ago, it got my attention, when I saw it in a picture of a LEGO event on FB. I wondered why I had never seen it before. Instantly recognizable and very cool!
  2. Thanks! These two are pretty sweet as well. Pointing my lamps upwards results in having very natural lighting.
  3. I am okay with sets which have included PF, like the last one you posted (8264). However, separate PF sets or expansion sets are not allowed. Like I said earlier. If you use this list and scroll back to 2005 you'll be okay: http://brickset.com/sets/theme-Technic/year-2014
  4. Hehe. Seems like you've got your priorities straight Very nice, the wall-mounted MF.

    [MOC] McDonalds

Wow! This is incredible. I once started building a KFC, but I never finished it This MOC has so much details in it. I'm loving' it
  6. Very nice! I see an EV3 educational set inlay....but I don't see the EV3
  7. A subset of my small parts is stored in the four compartmentalised boxes in the left cabinet. That used to be convenient for building in the living room. Now that I have a separate room with fixed setup, I might change that to a setup with little drawers. And some of the bigger boxes still need to be sorted. They contain parts from sets I took apart.
  8. Thanks. Organized mess is indeed an appropriate description
  9. The past few weeks I have been busy creating a new working space. I used to build in the living room and take pictures on the top floor, which isn't very convenient. So I've decided to create a photo studio slash LEGO room. Added benefit is that I don't need to clear the dining table after building. I still need to move the rest of my collection to this room (this is approximately 2/3 of it).
  10. Off course! I'm convinced Alasdair won't skip this one
  11. This is an outstanding creation!! The functions, design, color scheme....everything is right! Very well done, I love it. Frontpaged! And obviously you deserve the Pro tag
  12. Madoca has built an outstanding 4WD Offroad Pickup Truck. Inspired by the 42029 it has some details resembling the Ford Raptor and Toyota Tundra. Be sure to head over to the Technic Forum to check out the details.
  13. Indeed it does look great! But I know Doc, so I think there will be a Mk II If you select two orange sets, I expect to see some orange
  14. An alternative model of two sets with lots of orange panels, should use at least some of those panels (imho). Now you only recognize the rims. I like it better if you recognize more parts of the original set(s). But your opinion may vary of course.
  15. Although I really do like the result so far, there's no association with both orange sets. So I feel the need for you to use the orange panels. But I'm convinced this is only Mk I
  16. Very very nice!! I've said it before, but I like the fact you've chosen two smaller sets And it's cool you've built a model from the 2015 product line. Well done.
  17. Two Mindstorms Musicians have made an appearance in the Technic Forum. Come backstage and meet Blu3s and Funky Drummer! Blu3s Brick plays the Blues Programmable Funky Drummer
  18. It very much depends on what you like to do with the set. Do you display it, do you use the parts the build MOCs? For me it's a no-brainer. It would buy the 42025 in a heartbeat. It's an awesome set, and it's something different than a car, truck or construction equipment. But it's a personal preference.
  19. I am very interested in the parts left, but if that will pose a problem for more people I won't enforce that rule. I don't see a reason to deny using partial sets.
  20. That most likely to operate the crane, like Jantjeuh said.
