Hmmm maybe you're right. I was thinking of massive V12 engines in the back of Lamborghini or something. However, I still feel that there's way too much space around the engine. Looking at some images, I need to take back my previous comments. The engine itself is indeed not so big.

I'm not concerned about the color. It's the size that's bothering me. So we need bigger and smaller versions I really think the engine is way too small. The scale doesn't exactly match the size of the car. (obviously this is a problem for other models as well)

Great work Sariel, as usual I have only watched the 24 Race Car so far and I really like what I see. It looks way better than I expected and it's pretty big. The B-model looks like a winner too!! One thing that bugs me a little bit; isn't it time for bigger engine parts? The V8 looks so tiny compared to the rest of the car Will be watching your other reviews later today!

The spoiler is a nice touch indeed, although I have seen it before in an alternate build contest (using the 42004). But that doesn't really matter. What does matter is your pictures. Would it be possible to shoot some new pictures? Your model is hardly visible, which is a shame, since it seems to look good. Better pictures will result in better juding and possibly a higher score

The sets you see are already available in stores. The reviews for 1st of December are the Arctic Vehicle and Racer etc.

True! It's probably my best picture. So bright and crisp I could post it in a digital rendering topic and say I have been working on my rendering skills

Nice work indeed! I assumed the rod was mimicking some real life mechanism. Since it isn't I think you should omit it. Will probably be beneficial for your end result.
