Ultra Small Forklift - Muravi
Jim replied to mahjqa's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
The forklift itself is stunning, but man......I love those crates and pallets. The devil is in the details! The video is well done too. The accident in the beginning immediately caught my attention Needless to say I frontpaged it- 70 replies

We all know him as Mahjqa. He prefers to build small. His MOCs are stunning. This time he created a Ultra Small Forklift called Muravi. It's remotely controlled via SBricks and the chassis is only 11 studs wide. He has even built an entire warehouse to muck about in. Make sure to check out the video and the rest of the pictures!

42056 - Porsche Speculation
Jim replied to Jim's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Actually I was thinking about changing this topic to "Porsche Speculation" and creating a new one when we have actual information about the set. -
A friendly tip: There's no need to announce your pictures. Simply post something when you have made some progress and shot some pictures.

I agree with Milan. Trying yourself is the best help you can get. It makes you understand why things don't work, or do work.

42055 - Bucket Wheel Excavator
Jim replied to Jim's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Please stop asking these kind of questions. This information will be available when the sets are released. Furthermore, there's enough information to estimate the price. No need to ask. Another useless question. -
Hi, You just bumped a four year old topic. Please read site guidelines about, especially the posting etiquettes. Thanks

[MOC][WIP] Steppenwolf Bodywork
Jim replied to Didumos69's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Black is....well black. It's alway okay, but it never stands out. Red looks great, but agree that it might be a bit more "in your face". How about making some small modifications resulting in a replaceable bodywork? That way you can build all three and see which one looks best in real life. It's a great MOC btw. Very clean build!- 51 replies

White is the New Red
Jim replied to Blakbird's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
I absolutely LOVE white. It goes very well with a variety of colors, like black, orange, grey, etc. My current real life car is white, my previous one was white. I just can't get enough -
Hi Tung, Welcome to EB! Nice of you to join. Tip: if you lose the s in https (so use http:// instead) the video will be embedded. Great work on making a motorized Tumbler. The chassis looks pretty solid and the Technic bodywork worked out well to (imho). Great introduction

Grum's Shed
Jim replied to grum64's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Might be useful to add that you will be building some Creator sets next (VW Van and Mini), which are Technically not Technic, but do feel like Model Team. So having a dedicated WIP topic slightly bends the rules when it comes to placing topics in the right forum. -

This isn't a question. This is comment -
I have zero expertise when it comes to Truck Trial, so I will leave your question for the experts
