  1. Like Zblj said, please read the topics he linked. And please refrain from using texting language like "plz". Thanks!
  2. Hi, If you ask for help, please show other members what you have accomplished so far and what your problem exactly is. Without the details it's hard for other users to be really helpful.
  3. I agree with you on this one. I am willing to keep this topic open, but they should at least actively join the discussion. I will send a PM.
  4. While you are right, I think this project is rather interesting. so I'm willing to keep the discussion open.
  5. It serves a higher purpose; transforming my storage room into a building room. I might even produce a MOC this year
  6. That's a great suggestion. I really do admire his work. It's in my shopping cart to add to my next order. Thanks for the suggestion
  7. Sorry, I totally missed this topic. And I rarely miss something that has to do with food I will place our order today, thanks for the heads-up. Kitty: 103 Jim: 116
  8. I will give it a try. I'm sure it's totally my cup of tea (looked them up. +1 for their outfits)
  9. Good luck with that. Want me to review it?! Hehe indeed. Eventhough most Ikea objects are so easy to build, I somehow manage to make mistakes. But I have been doing some extensive Ikea building this year, so I have good faith that I won't make any mistakes this weekend I do feel a Scandinavian vibe.....getting Swedish furniture for my Danish hobby. Now, I need to find something from Finland as well. Sorry for this off-topic nonsense by the way. Hope the old grumpy moderator doesn't mind Definitely +1 Recently I saw some awesome LEGO rooms (or almost LEGO houses). There's always a bigger fish. So enjoy the things you have. It could also be much worse.
  10. Agreed. It does seem you are having troubles no one else is experiencing. I'd ask in the LDD forum. They will be happy to help you out.
  11. Hehe I think that's pushing it... New stuff is in. I'll probably be building tomorrow and Saturday. Somehow this feels like LEGO
  12. The General Part Discussion topic is perfectly suitable for this.
  13. Hi Baluka, A bit late, but welcome to EB I have changed your images to links, since your images are way too big. The maximum size is 1024 wide. So please resize your images before embedding or use and image hosting site like Flickr or Bricksafe. Have fun! Jim
  14. 1) Yes, they do. Not sure how often and if they all do it, but I know they do. 2) We've seen things happening which might have been influenced by our cry Although they probably won't admit it
  15. Yes sir! Looking forward to it
  16. I can answer this one; they "throw the parts away". And before they do that, they stand on the model and crush it Seriously; they recycle the prototypes they don't use. It's more expensive to sort the parts than too use new parts and recycle the old ones.
  17. Too bad Fangy. Billund is always a nice opportunity to get more acquainted.
  18. Another visit to Ikea planned tonight for another desk. From a I to a L to a U setup
  19. You are right, I just searched for 6 x 6 tile, but it's indeed this part: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemIn.asp?P=10202&in=S I will update the review shortly. Thanks for pointing it out.
  20. Don't be afraid to write English reviews. It's your attempt that counts, not that it's flawless.
  21. The answer to that question probably doesn't involve a lot of LEGO
  22. Hi, How about adding some text and opinions and turn this into a (mini) review? What do you like? What don't you like? etc.
  23. Not really. I will probably move this topic to a general section, but I'd like to see how this progresses.
  24. Ahh like that. I understand what you mean now
  25. Yet you still inform whether you can ask questions too? I know we all like to have as many MOC topics as possible (me included). But a community is about more than just MOCs. Before this escalates; let's get back on topic.
