Restore this Renegade Runner or buy a complete one?
The Reader replied to SpacePolice89's topic in LEGO Pirates
I‘m not into Pirates, but I would always say: Restore it! Old sets are always worth it. @SBCMayorLooks cool! -
Voted! It‘s a cool build with a whole story inside. I really like it.
-
Thank you so much!
-
Great looking crew. They absolutely have a classic vibe!
-
Very intense scene. I like it! The combination of the Wolfpack torso with these legs is interesting. Haven‘t thought about it yet but will give it a try myself.
-
@Siroco Thank you very much for the shout-out. I like the modifications you did. I‘m not very deep into pirates stuff but I would say you created a proper piratish tavern. Well done! Set 43223 definitely has a lot of potential and is a good starting point for MODs and MOCs.

I like the idea of the Time Twisters having a sub. Great built!

Thanks! -
There is rumored to be a crocodile costume in CMF S28. Perhaps it might be useful for an Egyptian priest?

I‘m not into Ninjago and I‘ve absolutely no clue about the story - but your minifig is great. I like it! -

Thank you! Very appreciated! Thank you very much! -
Thank you! Well, I might give it a try and add some traps …

The mummy costume guy from the Halloween BAM minifigures might be useful for desert MOCs. I will give him tan hands and a tan head though.

Rotating Pirate LEGO Display: In Progress Report
The Reader replied to SBCMayor's topic in LEGO Pirates
I love your display and how you build your MOCs to give your pirate sets some background. Your style is perfectly classic. Lagoon Lock-up side by side to Eldorado Fortress looks great as does your town of Eldorado! (I wish I had a similar possibility to display some sets.) Just out of curiosity: How do you fight dust? -
I like your modifications. Well done, especially the gun deck. Just my personal opinion: No, I wouldn't change that type of door (perhaps just take them in another colour). Those 5 bricks tall classic doors are IMHO still the best choice as they fit the minifigures perfectly. Those modern doors are 6 bricks tall which is too much in my opinion.
