  1. This torso might be useful: The spine of a dinosaur fossil: More fossils:
  2. That would be a great set! Instant buy for me!
  3. Thank you very much. Glad you like it!
  4. Thank you very much, @Clone OPatra !
  5. I love your display and how you build your MOCs to give your pirate sets some background. Your style is perfectly classic. Lagoon Lock-up side by side to Eldorado Fortress looks great as does your town of Eldorado! (I wish I had a similar possibility to display some sets.) Just out of curiosity: How do you fight dust?
  6. I like your modifications. Well done, especially the gun deck. Just my personal opinion: No, I wouldn't change that type of door (perhaps just take them in another colour). Those 5 bricks tall classic doors are IMHO still the best choice as they fit the minifigures perfectly. Those modern doors are 6 bricks tall which is too much in my opinion.
  7. Great. They have real classic vibes!
  8. @Autumn Thank you very much for your suggestion. I gave it a try. Et voilΓ : I think the front of the sidecar looks a bit blocky this way. So I prefer my initial design.
  9. Perfect, so I can build a chimera. No, this is a stationary half elephant. No legs, no roaming. That's the rule!
  10. Don't you dare to make fun about my one and a half elephants!
  11. Good point! I'll give it a try when I build his mansion.
  12. Same here - I received two heads of the 2021 City elephant but only one body which then was OOS. So I have one and a half elephant ...
  13. @SpacePolice89 @Feuer Zug @Murdoch17 Thank you all very much. I appreciate your feedback very much! Over on IG, user @legosystem32 created a black motorcycle (using this old style classic motorcycle) with sidecar: https://www.instagram.com/p/CxMd8-mL-Yd/?hl=de&img_index=4
  14. This is just a small MOC for the desert subtheme: Johnny Thunder and Doctor Lightning on their motorcycle with sidecar. I used the classic motorcycle which first appeared in 1983. It saw its last appearence in 1996 (classic town sets 6598 and 6625) so it might be possible that it would have been used for an Adventurers' set from 1998. The sidecar is attached to the motorcycle the same way as in set 6622: just with the tan 2x4 plate. But this construction is pretty sturdy (my old bricks have a tight clutch power). The motorcycle and its sidecar come with two minifigures, one scorpion and a lot of accessories. I built this MOC as contribution to #PolybagContest hosted by @retro.figs over on IG. Comments and critics are as always welcome!
  15. Youβ€˜re right. 😝 They look silly …
  16. Thank you! Illegal? Never ever ... Thank you! Well, let's give him a chance ... Thank you! Thank you. Very appreciated! @Oky @Feuer Zug Challenge accepted! Johnny Thunder and Doc Lightning in their Scorpion Tracker soapbox racer. Who will win? Those little soapbox racer MOCs look a bit like those Kabaya promotional sets.
  17. Thank you very much! I think it fits perfectly in any Adventurers' setting.
  18. Thank you very much!
  19. Bi-Wing Baron (set 5928) as soapbox racer. Fast and dangerous. Beware of Baron von Barron!
