Yes, I love that Art Deco style. It's immediately recognizable.

Johnny and the gang in India! Set 43232 is an awesome little set. I made some modifications so now it's an extension for the the India part of the Adventurers' Orient Expedition. I added some printed parts from the India/Orient Expeditions sets: two printed 1x6 arches, the printed carpet and printed shield and this "weird" printed 1x4x2 brick modified which as far as I can see first appeared in 1989 in the Black Seas Barracuda (in yellow, without print). I hope you like it. Comments and critics are welcome.

The car is awesome! Great, well done! And I like the driver, too.

My bestseller order from end of november was shipped within a week … 😀 -
The new Pippin Reed hat from the Orient Express is now in the new modular building. Hopefully it will find its way to PaB now. The guy second from right with the scissors might be used as a young Dr. Lightning:

That's really nice. I like it! -
The head of the CMF S27 Steampunk Inventor might be useful for a British colonel or a similar archetype.

[MOC] Jungle Outpost (inspired by set 43223)
The Reader replied to The Reader's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Thank you very much! If you go over to IG and seach for #lego43223 you will find some other themed crossovers of set 43223. It's great fun. @KolonialbeamterdeMartinez 's version is genius! Thank you very much, too! Very appreciated. You can never have enough minifigures. So I tried to do it better than TLG and inserted Johnny and the whole gang. -
Yes, and I like especially this "plane style"-soap box car.

This is my crossover MOC of Disney "Wish" set 43223: an Adventurer-ized version in the Dino Island-style with Johnny Thunder, Dr. Lightning, Gail Storm and Mike (in front of Mike are parts of set 5914). I was very surprised how cute set 43223 is. I had to build it until I realized that is more a market than a house. And as a market, it is perfect. As always, critics and comments are very welcome!

My pure speculation: as the GWP went out of stock very fast, this might be the way TLG makes the Nazgul available for all who are interested. -

Yes, set 60447 seems to have a 2x4 (?) map in the same style as the 2024 jungle explorer sets. -

Set 60447 Off Road 4x4 Mountain Truck looks really cool (but unfortunately has no side doors - nned to fix it). -
From the January 2025 City wave, set 60447 Off Road 4x4 Mountain Truck (221 pcs., 19,99 €) looks cool. Not sure about the map the minifig hold in her/his hands - does it fit to the four maps of the summer 2024 jungle explorer sets?

Don't do scale ship modelling with Lego bricks & pieces ... IMHO it just doesn't look good.
