Well, that's too much a honour. But thanks, I'll give it a try. It's an absolutely weird part but perhaps it's of good use for Johnny and the gang.

Has anybody thought about using this pretty new Speed Champions base for building some Adventurers' cars (part no. 3385): Like the old classic cockpit piece it has 5W inside (two minifgs side by side), but is 6w outside. I'm aware that this modern base is slightliy wider than the old piece (because of the SNOT studs on the sides) but I think I'll buy one on BL and give it a try.

[MOC] Adventurers' Layout
The Reader replied to YellowFrog's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
@YellowFrog I like your new video about your desert oasis. That‘s a very handsome MOC. The 16x16 footprint you use makes your MOCs not so massive. Just one suggestion: What do you think about a blue plate as base for the water instead of the dark tan one? That might give the water an impression of being deeper. -
I like how you closed the walls. Looks good, well done! Well, I always modify my sets. That's the best to do with an official set.

@FullBrickDev Thank you very much. This old and rusty roof slope is a real gem! -

Thank you very much. Actually it took me about two years to develop the idea, collect the parts and achieve the (IMHO) best result. It was a long, but very interesting way. BTW, I found a mistake in my above list - the 2nd minifig from letf has this head: https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=3626cpb2816&C=157#T=S&C=157&O={"color":157,"iconly":0} (it's a very similar face) This is another "jungle tribe" I did using Monkie Kid legs: -

Wow, I didn't expect that! Thank you all very much for your kind words and your positive feedback! Of course, you are very welcome. Minifigs from left to right: 1st from left: torso (I swapped the left arm and both hands to medium lavender): https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=973pb3415c01&C=11#T=S&C=11&O={"color":11,"iconly":0} head: https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=3626cpb2790&C=157#T=S&C=157&O={"color":157,"iconly":0} 2nd from left: torso (I turned the back to the front, swapped left and right arms and gave it medium lavender hands): https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=973pb2341c01&C=0#T=S&C=0&O={"color":"0","iconly":0} head: https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=3626cpb2665&idColor=157#T=S&C=157&O={"color":157,"iconly":0} 3rd from left: torso (I erased the white belt and gave it medium lavender hands): https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=973pb2579c01#T=S&C=157&O={"color":157,"iconly":0} head: https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=3626cpb2631&idColor=157#T=S&C=157&O={"color":157,"iconly":0} 4th from left: torso (the back is shown): https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=973pb3938c01&idColor=157#T=S&C=157&O={"color":157,"iconly":0} head: https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=28621pb0180&idColor=157#T=S&C=157&O={"color":157,"iconly":0} 5th and 6th from left: torso: same as 2nd minifig but I have erased the female taille on the back which is shown head: same as 3rd and 4th minifigs but other side The dark brown shields are attached with a 1x1 round plate to the minifigs' hands. Good question. Yes, I want to build a MOC for them but I have no plans/ideas yet. -

I don't like the real short legs but I do like these medium sized legs. IMHO they fit a minifig without making the torso appear too big. -
Yes, the colour scheme and the logo, too.

[REVIEW] 60437 Jungle Explorer Helicopter - more than just gorillas?
The Reader replied to Clone OPatra's topic in LEGO Town
@CloneO Patra Let's agree that we disagree! Of course you are right. I just used that to point out that IMHO the chopper is a kind of a box for the sidebuilds. Have a look at set 60162. Lego did a somehow larger helicopter than in set 60302 but not as massive as in set 60437. Anyway - I just don't like that helicopter in set 60437. It's too big. That's why I won't by that set. But I have rebricked the swamp glider and the bike. -
I did get that set with 30% discount. But even for full prize it's a good deal. Very playable. It's a decent set, I have no critics.

Adventurers headquarters modular building + 1920s car - real world model
The Reader replied to Murdoch17's topic in LEGO Town
Nice buildung. Does it have the "standard" size/footprint of your other buildings so it fits in your town? I like 6W cars which can fit two minifigs side by side. Do Johnny and the Doctor have studs underneath? Or are they sitting loose? BTW: I did use that torso for Doc Lightning, too.- 12 replies

Have you ever found Lego pieces outdoors?

@StreaMRoLLeR Thanks! And that's quite funny as I have set 77015 and I have built it. But I haven't applied the stickers so I wasen't aware of this motive. For the same reason (to fill this space) I used this printed brick: See here (as said earlier I have rebricked set 5986 and I haven't its raised baseplate):

Thank you! Hm … shall I get it?

Does anybody know if set 10320 Eldorado Fortress is EOL in 2024? I have been to some Lego stores in southern Germany recently where it hasn‘t been on the shelves. The store staff told me that it can only be ordered online.

I did expect this - an addition to the jungle explorers sets. But I thought we would get a baby gorilla in that paper pack. But nevertheless it‘s nice! I will buy one.

I built a small extension for the jungle explorers sets (60424, 60425, 60426) which fits Johnny Thunder from CMF S19:
