Hi everyone. This is my entry for the Build Your Hobby contest on LEGO Ideas. If you like this, you can help it become a future GWP set by giving it your vote here. Anyway, let's talk about it! My non-Lego hobby is VR gaming. I love virtual reality because it allows me to be anyone, go anywhere and do anything! I can literally step into the shoes of a daring space hero, explore strange new worlds, fight alien monsters, and find epic treasures, all from the comfort of my own home! All you need is a VR headset which is what I have recreated here. But this is no ordinary life-size headset. If you open up the front, there is a whole vibrant virtual world inside, just one example of the kind of imaginative places that one of these devices can take you! It includes an astronaut minifig so that you can play out an exciting VR space adventure. You can find the extra life behind the waterfall. Discover the Easter egg hidden in the cave. Fight the monster and retrieve the red ruby! Best of all, this VR headset actually kind of works! It's hard to convey in pictures, but if you look through the lenses on the back of the headset, you can see through the eyes of the hero just like you would in a real VR game! This entry has been selected as one of the finalists, so again, if you like it, I would appreciate it if you'd click here and give it your vote to help it become a GWP set! And let me know what you think in the comments! Thanks, Oky

LEGO® La Stada VR Tour (Stereo)
Guest posted a topic in Digital LEGO: Tools, Techniques, and Projects
Hello LEGO®-Fans, please read my welcome message to know who am I. :-) I recently have finished an interesting project where I render panorama pictures in stereo for a nice and unique immersive LEGO experience. There's a link with a normal one-eye panorama tour for a browser on your PC. If you have a smartphone and a cardboard you simply use the other link in your smartphone's browser and I promise you that you will experience a LEGO model in a complete new way. There's also some nice athmo-sound embedded. I am looking forward to your comments here and/or on YouTube. More exciting VR-LEGO is in progress. Enjoy Michael
