  1. You packed so much clever small details into the car, this is just brilliant combination of all the goodies from Offroad-Vehicles at this scale, just wow!
  2. Cool combo! Maybe you can make the cab on the backhoe a little smaller to better fit the scale of the truck?
  3. Love the heli, this is a superb entry! For the truck, you can even get rid of the rear fenders, but just my humble opinion.
  4. What a cool idea for a duo! Kudos to manage to get the weight down to the max limit of the dumper. ;-) Totally agreed, in similar scale, they would work even better.
  5. Cool idea for a b-model!
  6. Yeah definetely better! But maybe you have to shorten the main boom a little bit? As I understand, you have a steady lift with the parallel arms and the tilt of the bucket via the worm gear, right? If you have some grams of the weight limit left, alternatively you can also extend the front axle a little bit more.
  7. I really like the brick built rear bucket! But the front one looks strange... is the 7x10 bucket too big?
  8. Love the idea and the looks of this so far! But the lack of the steering via steering wheel is really a bummer... did you try to include a steering via liftarm linkage instead of the steering rack? E.g. with the 7L flipflop beam instead of the 7L gear rack...
  9. On a side note: I find it very amusing that this set was so harshly critiqued not only for the price and the looks but also the PU-play functions and now seems to gain interest again after seeing the failure of 2026 Technic lineup :D Maybe in a few years, we will have the 42215 highly praised as the last real construction technic set before the downfall and overtake of the technic cars...
  10. I am slowly beginning to think, that Lego is mocking the Technic community... Leaked June release from City Theme: 60480 - Yellow Backhoe Loader - 301 pieces 60494 - Dump Truck and Front Loader - 1132 Pieces
  11. Uhh, this will be hard to do a cab with only 100 g left actually :-/ For this model to pull off, you really need to shed weight, e.g. get rid of the panels for the third wheel or use less connector parts on the front end. Imho a brilliant display of minimalism is this Telehandler. "Perfection is achieved not when there's nothing more to add, but when there's nothing left to take away."
  12. Maybe a celebration of 50 Technic cars in 2027... I'm a complete optimist, but looking at the current list for 2026 makes me shake my head in disbelieve. It's like a bad fever dream... a not even one of the cars is truly unique... At least Lego should have the decency to create a new car transporter for all these.
  13. Would have been too strange looking at the known list, which was missing 11 models... 42228 (March wave Mclaren F1) Summer wave: 42232 42241 42242 Even though it's still a car, it is actually a very interesting one.
  14. Functionality should always go over form. So the top fork design should be the better way for the weight goal. With motors or battery box in the back, I think the tipping over isn't a problem. Bronco tires and the inner rims like @2GodBDGlory mentioned, is the way to go here. Didn't even think about these :D Also with the long linear actuator it should have enough power. Maybe do some prelim tests first with the weight. *Edit: With that longer wheelbase, a big steering angle should be also top priority
  15. Hi guys+gals, even though winter theme isn't necessary, I stuck with it and hopefully will have enough snow here when both models are finished. The small tractor (slightly above mower-scale) is almost finished and scratching the 300 g barrier in the virtual model, so I couldn't include the tilt of the blade... :-/ The rear gritter is connected via clutch to the wheels. The tracked snow-blower uses the basic set-up of the 42148 Snow Groomer with the rubber wheel for traction. First I wanted to include a clutch-breaking on this model, but it barely has any influence and looks way to bulky. Still unsure if flex-axle or soft axles will be used on the front of the snow blower.
  16. My god, what a beast it is! Not pretty but big, very big. As I am a sucker for internals and axle routing, can you give us a glimpse of the insides?
  17. My oh my, this keeps getting better and better! The little tractor looks absolutely fantastic, love the tire combo and the rear attachment!
  18. @Saruzeufel Why don't you build a self-propelled potato collector AND an agro-truck with a bucket?
  19. Really nice MOC, love the bent gear rack used as the claws :-) Also very well hidden motors, was shocked to see only the Hubs in the engine compartment :D
  20. Nice MOC, but the Video shows the Buggy?
  21. Nice review, again @kbalage ! Both models are excellent for their size. Could there a steeing be added at the Deere maybe?
  22. Then let's do 500 g for a Winter theme :D
  23. I am with @JoKo with 300 g. Original, we had models in mind with about 150...250 pieces. The 500 g would be models with 500+ pieces. The 42167 for example has 503 pieces.
  24. The 42167 Garbage Truck weighs nearly 400 g, the 42139 ATV about 630 g. Don't have any other official models in that scale right now.
  25. Brilliant little tractor, especially capturing the iconic form! The front really is a tricky bit, als the upper shaping is more curved but flattens out quikly. You picket the right compromise with the large windscreen piece in my opinion. About the wheel: If we would get the new big motorcycle tires with chevron or offroad-pattern for back wheels, then the old small motorcycle tires as front tires would be matching the size. But it would be hell of a big model :D
