  1. Introduction: For the [TC30] contest, I am presenting a 1:21 scale construction fleet consisting of a Bobcat T76 Compact Track Loader and a Takeuchi TCR50-3 Tracked Dumper. Both models are built in a matching Red and White livery to represent a unified site fleet. My goal for this duo is "Mechanical Density"—packing as many realistic, non-motorized functions as possible into a 13-stud wide footprint. Machine 1: Bobcat T76 (Completed) Engine: ultra compact Transverse-mounted Inline 4-cylinder engine (Doosan D24) linked to the tracks. Lift Path: Accurate vertical lift path using a 4-bar linkage. Dimensions: 11 studs wide, staying under the 300g limit. still needs a bucket and some more attachments and details Machine 2: Takeuchi TCR50-3 (Work in Progress) The TCR50-3 is the 2025 evolution of Takeuchi's dumper. It presents a unique mechanical challenge due to its offset cab and side-mounted engine. Current Progress & Functions: Mechanical 2-Speed Gearbox: I have successfully integrated a functional gear selector inside the cab. This allows the user to switch between the gears. Tracks-to-Engine Drive: The model is non-motorized; pushing the model on its tracks drives a longitudinal Inline 4-cylinder engine located in the right-side hood. 180° Swivel & Tip: The dump body (skip) is built to 1:21 scale (11x16 studs). will be mounted on a turntable to allow side-dumping. Stay tuned for more updates! more model pictures coming
  2. I have finally found the time to finish this MOC of a Morooka tracked dumper. It is loosely based on the Morooka MST 2200VD. The model is controlled using an S-brick and powered by the regular lego technic power functions battery box. Each track is driven by an PF L motor with a 1:1 ratio, giving the model plenty of speed and enough torque to drive over obstacles etc. Dumping is also motorized using a PF L motor driving a linear actuator. The battery box is hidden under the openable hood, and can be easily accessed and removed (although a lot easier if the dumpbed is up :)) Other functions include an openable door and a lock for the gate on the dumpbed, that opens if you dump. I tried to make a video but you guys will have to wait a bit longer because my baby is making a lot of noise in the background so I have to make a new one sometime when he is asleep :) Edit: made a new video - the period in the beginning when nothing happens is when the buwizz in the tractor fails to connect Some more pictures: https://bricksafe.com/pages/Arie/tracked-dumper Let me know what you think!
