Wow! That is very impressive. I think the designs are great but I'm particularly struck by the colour palette - looks so realistic.

This is pure class.

I've been having some stabs at editing my ships into space scenes - with mixed results! Here are two of my MOC edits I did over the last few days, and I'm not very happy with how they turned out. Anyone have any tips for making the photos fit the backgrounds any better?

This looks fantastic! -
That looks amazing, is the whole thing done? Would be great to see the entire ship! We need more photos!!!

That is truly incredible. The seamless merging of those two themes that I didn't think would work together is really something to be proud of.

That looks amazing, nice one! -
Absolutely agree - MOC building can be imposing for a first timer and having something like this would definitely be really useful for people trying to break into that world. I don’t have the TIE Bomber set so I can’t really propose a part in that set which would work better.

No, this is isn’t my entry (I entered it in a separate topic) so it should be in the general Star Wars forum.

IT cLeArLy LoOKs abSoLuTEly AWfuL! (Joking if you couldn't tell, as I also entered something for this category!) Jokes aside, love the design, especially those absolutely beautiful engines! I love how it keeps in theme with what the Empire would probably actually build, I think a render doesn't do your design proper justice either and it would look better in real life in real bricks too.

Haha thanks! It is my entry for the May 4th contest Imperial Ships section though....

Wow! That's impressive

Looks good! I do think the haunches are a little high, could do with a thinner part above the cockpit. And I like how you made it completely from the TIE Bomber, but I think that cockpit design looks far too small for the Advanced Prototype, maybe introducing a 6x6 one or shrinking the whole design would help? The wings and rear are spot on though!

Probably the imperial pilot from the 2016 Tie Fighter - an odd call but I think that's such a cool fig

That's really gorgeous, beautiful for somewhere you'll be interrogated... I like the contrast between beauty and evilness!

That looks incredible - I'm useless with technic and don't know how come people are so good!!

I love that first one - it's co cool when people take a strange part, and build an entire MOC around it!
-
I think I've never seen those cockpit parts used in a MOC before that isn't a simple plane - looks really good and fits the theme!

The whole thing looks great, but I especially love the coupling mechanism design. Lego's own ones tend to be rather unrealistic, but that looks really nicely detailed.

Johnny Thunder rides again!

That looks amazing, the sunset is really beautiful. The figures look like really well modernised versions of the originals.
