  1. Plus the logo makes it that much clearer that it's definitely not a water truck.
  2. Yep. I think I read that Marvel stipulated no Civil War merchandise featuring Spider-Man could be released before then, probably because there would have been the potential for leaks of concept art or prototypes if they came out any sooner.
  3. Depends where you are - June in Europe, August in North America.
  4. As far as I know, yes, but I'm not 100% certain on that.
  5. 76056 Rescue from Ra's al Ghul, 76060 Doctor Strange's Sanctum Sanctorum, and 76067... Whatever It's Called are all retailer exclusives, in the US at least.
  6. Complaining about SDCC exclusives and ill-informed speculation about 2017, naturally.
  7. Um... because it's still nearly eight months away? The absolute earliest we've ever gotten news on new modulars has been maybe six months in advance. Be patient.
  8. Nah, I don't expect anything movie-based, but I do think Sweater Vision would be fun.
  9. This is the part that has me really intrigued...
  10. Now that I've seen the movie and can delve into this thread, I can say with regards to any inaccuracies: I don't care. We only get a brief glimpse of Black Panther's jet, and it doesn't appear in the scene depicted in the set? So what, that jet's still an awesome build. And I love the purple accents, so I don't really care that the jet appears to be just black and silver in the film. I also think the truck in the Crossbones set is more visually interesting than the truck(s) from that actual scene.
  11. No, he was talking about never having watched KR. Admittedly, neither have I, but I still think it could be a fun addition. By the way, is it maybe possible that the orange bases on Green Arrow and Supergirl are the only "exclusive" parts, or is orange likely to be the standard color for the next few waves?
  12. You contradicted yourself there.
  13. I'm not even a City collector and I consider it a must buy - I think this might actually end up being the first City set I've ever bought... As far as a "sequel" - I'd like to see that happen too, but not necessarily right away. I'd prefer to see 60134 have a longer shelf life than other City sets and then see a new City People Pack come out every three years or so.
  14. I hope I can come up with enough stuff I want to buy! (Just kidding. Of course I can come up with enough stuff.)
  15. You say that as if the large sets aren't designed to meet a price point.
  16. Brick-built Time Turner would be a good "gadget" for Hermione.
  17. It's still Sunday the 24th in my time zone so... The Cafe: Café '58 The Family Restaurant: Play-Well The Mezzanine: Azure
  18. Exactly. (Legends was a line from the early 2000's that rereleased "classic" sets. They did not sell well.)
  19. I don't deal in wild guesses, I deal in facts. Like the fact that this comes out in June. It's entirely up to you whether you choose to believe that fact.
  20. July, with a mid-June VIP release.
  21. I usually recommend 10696 if we're talking about a "first LEGO set," mostly because of the storage container, but also because that one has the most wheels, and beginners can never have enough wheels. If those two things aren't high priorities for you, though, definitely go with 10702. It has the greatest variety of colors and a very good price per piece.
  22. Even calling it a "general idea of what to expect" is being way too generous. It's idle speculation at best.
