    Why would you assume a sticker for the clock? Tower Bridge has a unique print for the shields. Stickers don't even work with the curvature of radar dishes anyway.

(Spare me the "not really Cinderella" argument - I guarantee she would be listed on the box as Cinderella, not as "park employee in a Cinderella costume." )

    There are certainly fewer D2Cs that interest me this year than last year, but that's purely a matter of my own personal tastes - and frankly, I could use a bit of a breather after how much I bought in 2015. I like some sets, I'm indifferent to the rest, but I'm not about to expend emotional energy actively hating any of them.

    Given what we've seen of other characters, I'd say it's a guarantee Robin will be getting a redesign as well.

    Well... yeah. Considering even the most basic, common Batman figure tends to go for five or six bucks plus shipping on the aftermarket, four dollars is pretty reasonable.

    In the novel Frankenstein, the creature that Dr. Frankenstein brings to life is not given a name (he does refer to himself as the doctor's "Adam," but this is generally considered to be a metaphor rather than a proper name). When people refer to him as "Frankenstein," there is always someone at the ready with, "Um, I think you mean Frankenstein's monster." But here's the thing: at no point in the novel is he actually referred to as a monster. So those "Frankenstein's monster" people are also wrong. In a sense, they are more wrong, by virtue of the fact that they're so convinced they're right and have the authority to correct others. Not that any of that has anything to do with this discussion.

    I sure hope so! Mostly I just made that my avatar because I'm really looking forward to the movie, but that's 2017 talk and this is the 2016 thread.

    The LEGO Batman Movie will be its own theme, separate from DC Super Heroes. The regular DC line won't have Batman sets next year.
