  1. @TechnicRCRacer thank you for pointing that out! :) @kbalage for the beam with print, I saw it in your review - for sure Lego will replace it :) As for the examples, I did notice a lot of changes with the tiles where the molding point has been moved from the side to the bottom of the tile. At least with 1x1 tiles and 1x4-8. Also, as TechniRCRacer mentioned - the comma part did change the molding point too. The best example I believe is from the "black" Dodge Challenger from the speed champions 2021 set, the roof piece has a molding point exactly on the middle from visible side. As far as I am aware, Lego will change that so the molding point will be on the bottom side of this plate.
  2. @kbalage are you able to tell us if more parts do have a less visible molding lines and/or in completely different places, i.e. 1x1 tile and some longer 6-8x1 tiles too. I did notice that lately, specially with some speed champions sets where I had some older 1x1 plates with molding lines on one side where some others (same colour) from the new batch with molding line on the hidden bottom side. Personally I really do like it.
  3. @langko I bet that the direct price comparision does not include the shipping tax which we know is really expensive nowadays. If you would buy the set in Europe only for the shipping you would pay more, am I wrong?
  4. So in short: -> Lego again did not make even basic checks with the instruction/live building (...), -> prints on the side with mould lines?.. -> same gearbox design, no improvement at all, -> big gaps in the cockpit, -> higher price, -> fancy box which does not fit the rest from the series, -> plaque which was not included earlier.. hope someone will make them for all three cars or maybe Lego would be so kind.. Really disappointed on the instruction mistakes (gears and 21/22 panels), great look overall. Waiting for @jb70 and Pimp my Ferrari Daytona SP3 :D And of course, heavy discount on the set. For 250 euros it should be great :)
  5. Looks awesome, but yes - @allanp - no need for comments till mechanical functions will be revealed. Unfortunately I do not expect anything "super", so.. will buy it with ~30-40% discount.
  6. I would not expect them to fix anything ;> I did receive like ~60 parts from Lego for Lambo and only some did match enough to be used. You can always try (what I will defenitely do) but do not have any hopes ;)
  7. And I actually see them making rims and tires together, like on the smaller scale with Speed Champions.
  8. I phrase my question incorrectly - see where I made mistake :D I wanted to know if he is designing something right now. What was the latest model designed by him after Land Rover?
  9. The dino is amazing. AMAZING. You outdid yourself again :) Bravo @grohl! PS. if it is not a secret, are you designing something new for Lego? I.e. new technic set for 2023 lineup? PPS. @Jim wildlife badge is needed, like @Jurss sugested :)
  10. BrickDepot already did a review: @kbalage is not happy for sure. Nevertheless, waiting for your review! :D
  11. Yes. I am currently living in Romania and BrickDepot is a Franchise Lego network in whole Romania. They do have a few stores in every major cities + website with VIP card and points, GWP, etc.. That YT channel is also theirs. They were the one who provided the Osprey to some of us, i.e. Sariel.
  12. If it is the same orange as on 42056, I am getting two for sure. On heavy discount, but still. Tires (which I want) and panels are enough for me. The model is meh, but I need to see it live because maybe there is a potential in it for modding :)
  13. Hey @Meukie, You have to click on compare and there you can export the parts from the left -> for me it was showing around 55 euro right now, but you can always play with the stores (some may have a bigger min. buy, so by adding a few parts you can order all parts from one store).
  14. Really doubt. Lambo is not yellow/orange and it is selling very good (hope). I do expect yellow/white Ferrari instead of red.
  15. Who said it will be red..? ;) And for sure it will be a luxury road version not a racing one.
  16. It is just an amazing parts pack. For ~50 euro it will be a must have :) For the nominal price it is just amazing for the play too! I feel that 2-3 copies for me will be sufficient :D
  17. Big no for me, only because of the stickers - this thing will look terrible in a few years. And it does not look even half good without them. I have all three cars and the improvement in every matter is visible. However I did built a pimp version of the Bugatti and Lambo. Here I have no idea what they could improve in the next set in a year/two. Different rims? Printed parts (doubt that)? Different shape of the engine - yes. Better gearbox (doubt that)? Shock absorbers in a slightly different colour - yes. But not much else can be done or am I wrong? As much I love the cars, where for me they are not only a display queens, and I am sure they will survive the years without issues (I have a second sticker sheet for Bugatti just in case - on Porshe I did not use any) I really do hope that for sake of the fans of this collection, they will find a way to print more pieces or introduce full stickers.
  18. Hey @kbalage. I have 3 hubs only and one has the newest firmware from yesterday (white light), two are on older one. I did remove the BC2 with the data, to see if it will connect to the hub. but it is finding it and displaying an error while trying to connect. I do not want to test further and updating any other of my hubs as I am actively using them with BC2 and the controller :( (really hope that Lego will implement this...). Found your post: Did it and it is working! :) Hah, that is good to know that the fw update can mess with the hub. Ufff :) Thank you!
  19. Yeah and because of that and the lack of update, the new firmware does not work with Brick Controller 2.. :( Good that I have two more where I did not update the Firmware + did not use the Pybricks. By the way, @kbalage did you have issues while using Pybricks with modified Buggy (2x drive, 1x steering)? It is driving badly, steering is stuck very often. That is when I did discover that new Lego Firmware does not working with BC2.
  20. It defenitely does NOT look like Ford Mustang. Well. Waiting for the good stuff.
  21. It is simply awful. For sure, a great parts pack, but I doubt it will look good live like usually with the black sets it is.
  22. So, the parts arrived. Everything (including pin and axle connector!) is much better - basically only those axle/pin parts are still yellowish, but out od 24 requested 15 are much, much better and only 9 are between the original and the newer ones. I am still not happy about that 380 euro set has so many flaws, but under a dimmed light it is not visible anymore (yeah, had to tweak it a bit to match the shades...). So in overall, that was good that I did wait. In the future, if they will fix those connectors, I will ask Lego to replace them again or buy from bricklink/pick a brick. Will see.
  23. I am already waiting for the parts. In total, 41 parts are supposed to be delivered in max two weeks. We will see how they look. Ordered some connectors, technic levers 3m, 11m beams and roof tile 1x2 45* w 1/3 plate x 2. And of course 24x single bush 1 module, dia 4.9 (pin hole with axle). Will post some pictures when got it :)
  24. Model is great, price for the instruction low - but hell, the price of building this in this colour from a new parts is astronomical.
  25. @Jim amazing review, as always :) It feels amost like a review of BWE. Hope that the next set will be reviewed by you as well :) This set will be easily obtainable for ~200 euros pretty soon, so it may be an interesting buy. Time will tell.
