  1. Say, would sometime in December be ideal for publishing everybody's wishlists? Come then, both @Yooha and @Robert8 will be counting down the twenty-five days till Christmas with their CMF Advent Calendars.
  2. I was looking at those! I love trans purple, but the shape is a bit curvy. I wonder how weird it would look as a windscreen. Yeah, its concave bow at the top may likely seem a bit whimsical for a typical spaceship MOC; but, given that the set in question offers those pod assemblies in Trans-Light Blue and Trans-Purple, their shaping and colors would be all too fitting for SysStarian spacecraft MOCs...
  3. Aw, that could've been way cooler... ...I mean, I know it was just wistful speculation on your part, but such a build could've looked something like this...
  4. Egyptologist * Gender: Female. Occupation/print on torso: Edwardian woman's dress jacket in Olive Green over a Sand Blue blouse. Type of headgear: S13 Paleontologist's pith helmet/hairpiece recolored (helmet in Dark Tan, hair in Dark Orange). Type of facial expression: Enthusiastic smile with gold-rimmed rounded glasses. Color on torso/legs: Newer skirt piece recolored in Dark Tan with pleated prints and pockets filled with brushes and a notepad. Accessory: LEGO Games microfigure printed and recolored in Tan as so to depict an alabaster canopic jar. Plus, 2x3 tile in Black printed with three columns of Greek, demotic Egyptian, and hieroglyphic Egyptian scripts as so to depict the Rosetta Stone. * Essentially a 1900's/Edwardian counterpart to the S13 Paleontologist, partly inspired by this character art by Werdandi... Huh, while I intended for those two suggestions to be inspired more after the 1980's (i.e Stranger Things and all), Nancy Drew and Hardy Boys inspired takes on those archetypes (with more of a 1940's vibe) would admittedly be kinda cooler...
  5. Say, would anyone here find use for these new "living pods" from the upcoming DreamWorks Trolls theme for their "spaceshiping" needs by any chance? Brickset - Trolls: World Tour Sets Revealed!
  6. Others here have probably already noticed it, but I'm surprised that I've overlooked the new smaller bow brick introduced with Poe's latest X-Wing...
  7. Nice! Awesome MOD right there Murdoch!!! Only last week I'd just learned of @hachiroku's model after seeing a rebuild of it by @darththeling...
  8. Next year's TIE and X-Wing fighters from The Rise of Skywalker also have some parts that might be of interest to Spacers, namely the TIE Dagger's Trans-Red canopy with new prints and a very nice new bow piece in Light Bluish Grey debuting with the X-Wing... PromoBricks - LEGO Star Wars: Pictures and Info About the First Sets of 2020
  9. I had the same thought regarding that pith helmet/hairpiece, especially since the headgear's red hair would be most apt for Ms. Reed!
  10. Here's another one submitted today that might be worth mentioning here... LEGO Ideas - Sage's Library by SMARLIN
  11. This. There are a couple of pieces I'm really interested to see used elsewhere. Besides official recolors of such parts after the fact, I can see those transparent "living pods" making their way into SPACESHIP!!! MOCs...
  12. Riveter * Gender: Female. Occupation/print on torso: Earth Blue overalls with dual-molded arms (Earth Blue upper, Bright Yellow lower) and Reddish Brown hands for leather work gloves . Type of headgear: Traditional bandana headgear (part no. 18927) in Dark Red with White polka-dot prints. Type of facial expression: Confident, spunky expression with rounded, vintage safety goggles on one side, without on the opposite. Color on torso/legs: Dual-molded Earth Blue legs with Reddish Brown boots. Accessory: Toolbox recolored in Dark Red and new rivet gun accessory in Titanium Metallic similar to jackhammer piece. * Obviously based off of Rosie the Riveter, more particularly Norman Rockwell's depiction...
  13. Looks like Aston Martin has entered the luxury crossover/SUV market too; so, whenever we may see the brand make its way over to Speed Champions, perhaps it'll be as another dual-pack including the DBX (much like Jaguar and Lamborghini have done)... Autoblog - 2021 Aston Martin DBX Revealed
  14. ...and here too apparently:
  15. Heh, would you look at that, I guess I overlooked that variant... ...well, in regards to the City figure in question, she'll certainly pair nicely with Series 19's Jungle Explorer (with some modification of course).
  16. For your consideration @leafan... LEGO Ideas - Secret of the Castle by Alpine Builder
  17. I mean, she pretty much looks to be wearing a green jacket over a khaki button-up shirt, with a black belt, red pants, and what's essentially Johnny Thunder's kerchief.
  18. It's very much a Cyberpunk wave for this theme in the truest sense of the word, with quite the heavy Tron 1982/Ready Player One vibe.
  19. Wait a minute, is the female figure's torso a new print? I'm pretty certain the male figure's isn't.
  20. Hmmm, then again... Rolling Stone - Lucasfilm’s Kathleen Kennedy on ‘Rise of Skywalker’ and the Future of ‘Star Wars’
  21. Damn, that F8 looks sweet!!! Plus, it's also nice to have a much better look at the geometry of that new windshield canopy...
  22. A couple more sets have been unveiled... PromoBricks - LEGO Creator 2020: Pictures of the Sets of the First Half of the Year
