  1. In retrospect, it kinda is very much so. It's not quite confirmed ya know.
  2. Yeah, the mold meld was introduced in 2016 for Ghost Rider in a Spider-Man set then. Many speculated at the time that the piece was too fragile to use apart from the head due to its design, while others joked Lego wished for the piece not to be used by kids outside of its intended purpose for certain reasons. Anna and Moana maybe, but that other head definitely did not resemble Jafar.
  3. By the way, can anyone see Lego potentially reusing this below pictured hairpiece/goggles mold from the upcoming Hidden Side playtheme for a future female counterpart to both the S4 Crazy Scientist and the S14 Monster Scientist? Such an archetype could even act as an evil counterpart to the S11 Scientist.
  4. Looks to be reusing Ghost Rider's melded hair/head mold, which is quite appropriate, though you'll still won't be able to use them independently of each other.
  5. I had no idea what you were talking about initially, that is until I checked #legoleaks over at IG...
  6. When you can, please do! It's a great movie by itself irrespective of whether or not one's seen or read any Spider-Man related media beforehand. Oh, and much like The Lego Movie & Company, it's a visual stunner as far as animated movies go! I honestly can't see him making any sort of imprint on WB's cinematic LEGO universe beyond an Easter egg/cameo.
  7. As with any new hairpiece, it'd be a mighty shame if it didn't receive a decent number of recolors throughout the mold's lifetime, though the non-static nature of these may prove more challenging to reuse outside of their intended context compared to other hairpieces. Arguably, I guess I could see them reused for characters in playsets depicting a non-static action scene, perhaps such as within the DC/Marvel SuperHeroes themes. On an unrelated side note, is that a new dual-molded color pairing for their legs? Looks like Medium Azure with White "boots" so to speak.
  8. Oops, yeah, I was rather referring to the possible Dark Azure used on the protagonists' vehicles and weaponry, as I initially read @Feng-huang0296's comment out of context.
  9. From subtheme to subtheme, they've emulated many genres, but often too loosely in my eyes.
  10. I know this is a five-year old topic (), but I figured I should attempt to give it jump-start with a couple recent figbarfs of @Nuju Metru's that I thought were pretty sweet. It's a shame this topic didn't thrive then like it should have.

  12. Aesthetically speaking, this has to be my second favorite Creator Expert car next to 2016's VW Beetle, no doubt due to its own predominant usage of another rarer-than-most shade of blue!
  13. I'm not desiring any form of realism from the theme, just a look that can be more easily pigeonholed into a particular preexisting subgenre. And, come on, that's not a bad thing to desire.
  14. Alien Conquest's ADU troopers were what introduced me to the color, and which also made me wish that were the same shade of blue they used for their vehicles too.
  15. It still, nonetheless, was more reflective of their own technology than Ninjago has been. Not exclusively attire, just consistency in historical inspiration and/or technological consistency.
  16. That shade of blue I'm pretty sure is Dark Azur, a color I am quite excited to see used so prominently within this theme, as I usually am whenever they do utilize it.
  17. This is a rather "out-there" suggestion, one that doesn't really have much to do with WB's cinematic LEGO universe; but, what if Phil Lord and Chris Miller were able to incorporate LEGO Spider-Man into one of Into the Spider-Verse's inevitable sequels/spin-offs, due to their association with all the Lego movies so far?
  18. Sony's Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. Damn, they all weren't kidding were they? The praise this movie received was all TOTALLY WARRANTED!!! Beyond its stunning, novel animation, it had great character dynamics and an excellent story to boot!
  19. It's a pretty decent torso print outside of the figure it's intended for, as the lack of the SHIELD logo makes it easier to reuse beyond its original purpose. I am interested though to see how Spidey's stealth head print turns out, for obvious reasons.
  20. All three of those newly leaked heads (excluding Shazam's) are quite excellent! Batman's is great, as the new goggle design makes the head much more repurposable outside of its intended usage! Freeze's and Gordon's designs look pretty cool too, though I guess I would've preferred to see Gordon with a grey mustache and eyebrows. As for the new Robin torso print, it's interesting, but not really a favorite to be honest.
  21. This I can see, as it looks like the kid's had his face painted, something you'll see booths set up for at many American State/County Fairs.

HELL BRICKING YES! Apparently he based it off of the artwork of John Frye, particularly this concept of his:
  23. Here are a few architecturally-inclined LEGO Ideas projects worth mentioning here that haven't been yet: Home Alone: McCallister's House by @adwind Half Modular Jewelry Shop by @Elysiumfountain Bricks & Blooms Garden Centre by @Bricked1980 In retrospect, I guess that is typical for the most part. With these, I suppose his builds' color choices were what caught my eye in particular.
  24. Oooooh, Red & White retro rocketship in the foreground at around the 45 second mark!
