    Gorgeous! The tree especially looks so natural, I did a double take the first time I looked at it. The whole scene almost looks like a still out of a movie. Very well done!

    I love all the landscaping, the transition between beach and rocks and grass with trees is very natural looking. The lamppost is so cool as well!

    You're right, I didn't notice that! On Boutique Hotel and Police Station, they didn't have the technic pins in any of the photos except the ones where they demonstrate it's modular. On the Bookshop, the technic pins were sticking out but only in the video.

    That's a curiosity of mine as well, maybe there are other wings or buildings that are supposed to connect within the theme? Or is it more intended to be a standalone corner end of the street sort of deal that people add to their cities.

    Time to get back into the cycle of waiting for the email notifications on this thread, be disappointed when you get one and it isn't a leak or the reveal, and then knowing the reveal is out when you get 60 notifications at once!

    Somewhat off topic, but I think BrickLink is becoming my weakness. Because I will look at official modulars and such and go "Oh, they're too expensive for me right now," and then turn around and spend upwards of that amount or slightly more on BrickLink orders for a MOC I'm working on...

    Wow! Awesome job, I love all the parts usage showing the bubbles! The pipe on the wall to the right that's spewing stuff really adds movement to the build. I also like how you created the eyes of the Zeugl.

    Awesome job! I love the rockwork leading into the gate, it looks so smooth and well done! And the lighting is top notch.

    The ridges on the inside of the brick separators really add detail to the awning! It's like it's bunched up a bit in those places. Very well done! Must be pretty expensive ramen given the amount the customer is paying with

    Just a quick update! (I'll post a final update on this MOC once the last BrickLink shipments come in). I have finally built the first couple of stories in physical bricks, and the build looks amazing! The custom stickers were a PAIN to put on, and the ones for the pediment above the porch were terrible and didn't do well at all. But the real bricks model is coming along! I will post the final update when I finish with the tower and the roof (that's going to be the hard part). :)

    That is incredible! I love how the designer made the front facade, especially the lyre motif in the pediment.
