  1. Fantastic MOC modular. Tons of detail everywhere, creative use of the boat and Islanders parts, the townhouse feels really cozy and great use of space throughout both buildings. Well done!
  2. Yeah the Katherine Johnson omission is disappointing. But its still a cool set, the mini Shuttle and Hubble are sweet. One of the most important objects ever put into space and the shuttle that fixed it. Is the price known yet?
  3. The pilot is pretty cool, reminds me of the hilarious pilot from The Mummy movies.
  4. Dude give it a rest and just play the game or stop complaining, whining and don't. Its mean for fun for crying out loud and all you've been doing is crying out loud. I won't be responding any more so you can have the last response, even if its just complaining, whining or crying out loud.
  5. Very nice boat, much better than the official sets with sea-going vessels and the dock and rocky jetty are nice additions that all go well together. Great MOC!
  6. That'd be a cool set, Lego Ideas Old Reading and Math store.
  7. Yeah I noticed that too. Doesn't help that the same set is featured right on the next page turn for easy confirmation of the error.
  8. Yes, a nostalgic greatest-of-all poll. 'Crummy' ramp and pit baseplates for the win! Eldorado, Imperial Trading Post, Skulls Eye Schooner, Imperial Flagship, some really classic and legendary Lego sets from many an AFOL dark ages.
  9. The way it was written didn't really address low participation, it was a predominantly negative post containing personal complaints stating why you don't see a point in participating: The fact that you prefer the regular CMF only goes against the point you're now trying to make because this game is almost entirely regular CMF, theres only 20 Ninjago characters. Vote for all CMF if you prefer. As was stated in the first game, this is meant for fun. Nobody, or their figure of choice is going to win anything. Its not really a contest, its meant for entertainment, a thread and poll we can check daily and participate in.
  10. What a lovely modular. That storefront is fantastic especially the windows and entrance, very clean and elegant facade and great details all over (technic parking meter, backpacks connected flush to the wall, travel brochure shelf all fantastic). The Kitchen Store is wonderful as well. Awesome building and great MOCs!
  11. Then don't play. The first game was several months long, was a lot of fun and it is a lot of work for Itaria. Lots of members really enjoyed it with lots of vocal support, members wanted more/continuation so now Ninjago is being included. If you don't like the Ninjago CMF and only like the regular series then that'll be back soon enough. If you don't see a point to playing a game... no ones forcing you.
  12. Wow really cool! The chair, table and roof have some awesome building techniques. Minifigure oxygen tanks and briefcases for the roof and wall. Very unconventional, ingenious and awesome building throughout!
  13. Hah Larry the barista is back for this game. The inexplicable allure. Tough choice but won't mind if rocket kid wins.
  14. Agreed, that thing was pretty atrocious. It fit the theme of overpaid vapid hollyweird celebrities riding around in impractical pretentious ancient automobiles driven by chauffeurs, but it was really ugly.
  15. We're missing a bunch of the regular participants from the first game; it was always fun seeing a number of other members who had dozens of voting rounds in common with your own choices. Where did everyone go?! Anyways still fun and thanks Itaria! Not seeing a lot of love for the Ninjago characters but I suspect their popularity will rise after some time passes and they're no longer on store shelves. I haven't even seen the movie but love the figures, there are some excellent and versatile new faces in standard Lego minifigure yellow and a healthy amount of great new prints and moulds. Lego Batman Movie figures were far more limited and can pretty much only be used for Batman-themed builds.
  16. Another epic Jalemac34 modular MOC! Really fantastic and pretty looking building, that angled entrance and main hallway is very cool and the pharmacy and bakery facades are wonderful. Fully tiled interiors, details everywhere. Simply awesome.
  17. So awesome and realistic to the character. '90s video game love! Scissors for shorts drawstring, phones for shoelaces, globe for nose, brilliant. What a masterful build.
  18. Really beautiful MOC. I like the use of depth for fitting three buildings on 32-wide. The color and style is fantastic, well done!
  19. First off I admire you using LDD to check for 'legality' or in-system connections, I couldn't count how many times I've stopped building just to load up the program and check that at least LDD says its legal. That being said there are times where it has errors, like allowing an illegal or outright impossible connection and it also occasionally shows errors for connections that would be legal. Not sure if that piece has been discussed in this or any of the previous threads discussing LDD brick and bug errors, but it was mentioned in these threads as having some errors but not sure if its similar to the error of plate fractions that you're experiencing (control F and the piece # should take you to the posts discussing it): I love seeing complex builds around interesting parts like what you are doing. All of my uses of this piece are very basic compared to what you've been constructing. Not sure if any of this helped but it does appear others have had LDD errors with that piece.
  20. Really fantastic library MOC! Excellent eye for color use, really captured the feel of a library. The upside down plates for the kids area carpeting is great. Wonderful MOC.
  21. Yeah that ^^^^ From another Eurobricks thread on the garage door: Source:
  22. Yeah but you do amazing building, when its as good as your stuff digital builds can work just as well like the Museum of Mystery, but seeing something like this Winterfield Academy in bricks is always a bit more stunning. Will be looking forward to your next build and following the Ideas submissions closely.
  23. Thanks Paupadros! That means a lot coming from one of Eurobricks Town's more skilled MOCers and Modular designers! Thanks. Perhaps I should have made it a hobbit building or something. "Some believe it is only great power that can hold evil in check, but that is not what I have found. It is the small everyday deeds of ordinary folk that keep the darkness at bay. Small acts of kindness and love."
  24. Transformed the Old Fishing Store into a 16-wide modular building.
