  1. Flower fruit mountain does look fantastic. The figs are amazing and the whole build looks fun. I will probably mod the interior sections to add some details. The Harry Potter sets will probably have some figs I will want to get and will have to see the builds to see if I will be buying the sets.
  2. @Aurore The build was really fun to do and the interiors are so nice. The whole build is so sturdy to. The roof is very nice when you get to it. Did you see the fruit flower mountain set from the monkie kid line it looks awesome for a location based set. I think it's one of the best location sets I've seen from lego.
  3. The mountain looks great, so many great figs and design is wonderful. Definitely getting the mountain and probably a few others. The mountain is one of the best location sets I've seen. Ninjago also has some nice location sets. It's going to be an expensive lego year so many great sets this year.
  4. Nice build. the details put into the wooden sections is great. I like the interior roof section is nice with the nexo knights shields. The staircases look great. All the doors and windows are different which is a nice detail. The floor design is nice too.
  5. Got my blacksmith shop from a local lego store and built it today. I must say it was a fun build. The interior is really nice and i really like the bear skin rug. The black falcon figs are great and I like the printing on the torso and legs. The tree is nicely done too. I hope the torso's and legs show up on B@P. The tan horse is a very welcome addition. The cart isn't to bad either.
  6. Your build are always so intricate and detailed. The landscaping and rock work is exquisite. The building looks great and the blue roof really stands out and reminds me of the original blacksmith shop entry from lego ideas that was recently released. I like the tunnel, the trees look great. The interior is very detailed. Just a fantastic job.
  7. Nice little scene here. The tree is great. Love the old school figs with the newer shields, looks really good.
  8. The lighting is fantastic. The builds are really defined by your lighting and really sets the tone. The story is very nice as well. That is great that you developed a story like this. It is hard to believe this story has been going on for that long. Time seems to fly sometimes.
  9. Excellent build. I really like the design of the tower. The whole lodge looks great with the little 1x1 round plates and the sand green. The interiors look wonderful, I like the statue, the beds are nice. The stockroom with all the meats and foods is neat. I like the stuffed bear up in the living room. I really like that you put the reindeer on the other side of the tree as the bowman was watching the fisherman, that usually happens when you are hunting something pops up when your not paying attention. Nice nod to the privy scene from GOT.
  10. I actually liked Nexo Knights and it had some very useful figs for my fantasy/castle world I am building. I have several of the sets. I don't know if Lego was testing the waters with that theme as if was fantasy/sci-fi. I think they combined it fine and my youngest son liked the theme and the show, it may not have been appealing to the massed though and that could be why it failed as it did combine tech and castle type aesthetic in a interesting and a bit odd way, so maybe kids did not connect with it like they did with Ninjago. But I think the fact that several castle/fantasy projects on ideas are getting to 10,000 votes should tell lego there is still a valuable market to explore.
  11. Have fun building those. I have all the LOTR/Hobbit sets you have there, they are really nice. Goblin King battle is a fun build, and there are some great figs in those sets. I never got the joust set I'm kicking myself for that one. My oldest son got castle dragon set which is now my youngest sons. That's definitely a lot of good building there.
  12. The flower fruit mountain does sound. I hope it has a temple too. The lion guardian could be interesting. I hope there are more than just the 2 demon's and the spider queen as villains.
  13. If Bionicle wins will we get just one figure or more is a question I would like to know. If it's just one figure then I think this will be a waste. But I totally agree that themes like castle and space have been spread way to thin with several sub-themes they put on the voting list. I wouldn't mind if Bionicle won but it better be a damn good figure worth buying otherwise they could have wasted an opportunity to do so many good things with all the other great themes that are up for voting.
  14. The white and black look nice. The windows are nicely designed. The coblestone road looks good with the building. I like the added color of the vine growing up the building.
  15. They did stranger things, harry potter, several DC characters that have done some pretty bad things along with marvel characters. I don't think Elder Scrolls would get ruled out but they could do something like it also.
  16. This is very nice. The landscaping has a nice cohesive feel throughout the build. I like your color choices for the buildings and the different color roofs make each building stand out. I also like that you have different size trees. The whole build has some nice interactions with figs going on. Well done.
  17. OK but UK prices are always different. Plus that's 50 bucks without the tax and I don't know if the UK price is with or without their taxes. At any rate it's still a pretty nice set with new molds in it.
  18. Yeah I also had elder scrolls, Dungeons and dragons on my list. I wouldn't mind magic the gathering either. I really think they will do zelda at some point either through ideas or an actual line. Sea of thieves would be interesting too I don't think they would do spawn but they did do deadpool so there is hope.
  19. @a guy from somewhere I think the set is a great value at $50 for over 600 pieces. The totem pole is a really great feature and the build looking like a creature is actually pretty neat. The figs are excellent. So for me the value is definitely there. Chief Mammatus just looks fantastic. The new amulet piece looks great too.
  20. Yeah they will probably keep that mold for general snakes and make molds as needed for snakes that need different shapes. The tan alligator is really nice by the way.
  21. That's not what I said. I didn't say they would do any of those things I mentioned. I was simply pointing out that there is a lot of interest in high fantasy in media like tv shows, games, movies and even books. I was using them as examples of the popularity of fantasy in general. I was pointing out that with the popularity of these franchises that lego could easily make something fantasy/castle related and it would probably sell well. I didn't say there is a rumor this a thread on what you would like to see in future castle sets. I'm just saying I wouldn't mind something along any of those lines.
  22. We already have a alligator in two colors. They have a cobra mold from cmf and nagini from Harry Potter which is like a python Yes a new bat mold please. Personally I would love a wild boar mold, male lion, more molds like a moose, gazelle, or antelope. I would like to see more varied bird molds like a vulture, blue jay, geese, ducks, hawks, turkey, or pelicans.
  23. Of course they have the capacity. The last line was 2013. And shortly there after LOTR/Hobbit ended. I'm just taking a guess and they are thinking a castle theme wouldn't sell well. But with all the fantasy related things coming out like The Witcher, the new GOT series, the amazon LOTR series, The Wheel of time series you would think they would come out with something. Also with the popularity of things like magic the gathering, WOW, ESO, black desert, etc. hopefully lego comes out with something because there is a market for this. But for some reason they have not come out with anything castle/fantasy. I also hope that if they do come out with something that we as fans show that we want more of it.
  24. I'm not a millionaire either. There are some options to buy animals without getting sets, ie bricklink or bricks and pieces have a lot to offer and for good prices. I would love to have a lot more pieces than I have to build the builds I want to do but it's going to take time for me to get all the things I want. I'm planning out some large castle/fantasy builds, but I don't have enough slopes, plates, bricks in general to do what I want. Yes animals are nice, I do have a camel and I buy sets that have them when I can and bricklink or b&p others. Currently I don't have any cows that is next on my list and I also want that great white shark but I usually try to order as much as I can on one brinklink order so I'll see what I can find. So right now I just get what I can when I have the money. But I will be definitely be getting this set it is very nice.
  25. I know what people are saying it just amazes me that certain things like that are so much of an issue. Believe me I would love some goats. I only have the 2 from the village raid set. Here's hoping there are some future castle sets with more animals for the people that really want them. I just hope the black falcon torso's end up on B&P and I can buy a bunch so I can increase my army. I also hope this set opens up for more castle sets in the future.
