Brilliant idea! gj!

If it was a Roman fort then i would have had more than two of those precious Roman soldiers, right? You know we govern on a tight leash, right? We need something to stow away the dissidents!

Very good! Your bending technique on the hull is interesting and so is its shape. Colors are very vivid and i like them and the crew is top notch! Keep up the good work!

This is an excellent pocket sized jewel! Great colors with an even better design (i am looking at you turret!) and modularity at its best -
RRRRRRRRigging...!!!!!!!!! (runs away in fear) Once more an excellent ship Bregir and it is indeed a feat that all the ropes albeight small, are able to be operated normally!

Yep, new and old gray mixed together. I wonder if you let light gray bricks out in the sun for days, will they become old gray?

An interesting story and a cool MOC to pair it! I love the details and the vivid colors of it! GJ!

Poor folks...living under the tents... Such is the fate of workforce everywhere! At least Astrapi is growing!

Great MOC! Bee design is believable and innovative (at least i havent seen it anywhere) and the trans clear hose as a movement trace is plainly genius!

Oh...but... Why!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Joking aside this idea is interesting but i can push forward that thought by stating that it would be a nice move to place two hulls side by side, to make a (way) bigger hull section. The point where the two hulls meet is covered as it is below the whole MOC. That would force you to make a brick-built bow and stern though and is limiting you scale-wise as by doing so, you cant experiment on the width stud numbers (you either have that much width as one hull or two hulls).

Excellent technique that is as close you can get to a studded version of curving the hull! I would really like to see more of her spine and inner hull joints at some point. Was she built like "The Parakeet" or something? The rigging...oh the dreaded rigging!!! A nice story too. I liked it that you presented the MOC by presenting two passing by citizens to talk about it. Last but not least, I really liked the fishing musket/rod detail !!!

Great one! I like it how each of us is building grape vines on his own way, as they are many ways to cultivate them (with vertical wooden sticks, horizontal ones, without sticks etc) A fine addition to our island!

Hey, thanks both! By kind of double posting it (here and at the historic thread), I felt like i was pirating those 10DB from the FB but we live a pirate's life after all! Regarding the texturing, my fiance finds it is too monotonous but i didnt want to make it look overly fancy by mixing too many colors like dark gray etc (although i tend to love tan), so i left it that way as i find it "cozy" and fairly real life looking (?)
-
Nice idea! I will build something similar in the future and check how it will look like!

Thanks everybody for your constructed criticism! Banners and fire is indeed something that would make the castle well... look cooler! Regarding the tan interior of the cracked wall, this was made on purpose, as i wanted to see the dirt used between the rockwork. I had an inner strife about the dirt's color so i left it tan (as is the case in my island forts) On second thought, reddish brown would look better (?) but i already used this color for the wooden sections. So any ideas?

A nice fort you were/are building! I think it was an inspiration for me to try building my own star fort. One advice you might find useful is to add a plate (green or gray one) at the base of the sloped wall to hide that gap between the ground and the wall. Apart from that, happy building!

Nice one and a nice fort you are building

Hello people! This is an adaptation of a medieval MOC i created a couple of days earlier. It was a Crusaders vs Falcons siege but i couldn't miss the opportunity of an Oleon free build (and the 10 DBs that come along), so i adapted it accordingly and now you can see a State prison located in Mainland, Granoleon. Note that in my LEGO life, i have always regarded blueco...eeeehrm, Oleon Empire as a spiritual successor to the Falcons faction . As always, thanks for watching!

Hello medieval fans! Here is my first semi-serious attempt to a castle wall and a tribute to my childhood castle era. Crusaders are assaulting a Falcons bastion. Inspired by many of your awesome medieval MOCs that have hopefully made me a better builder than i was before (although i must seriously improve my landscaping). C&C always welcome of course! Thanks for watching!
