  1. I always love your CMF reviews and I find them to be the most thorough across the internet. Even though i would liked it to be published earlier, it still came up captivating and informative as always. I am currently enjoying this one as I am opening my newly arrived sealed box. Keep up the great job!
  2. A birdy told me... - CH4A OL Pour Soul - Ch4B OL
  3. Imagine you eat everyday with your wife. You inevitably talk to each other about everyday issues and stuff. Now imagine a mariner's house somewhere in an Eslandolan colony at this vast Archipelago we all dwell within... (Eslandolan mariner): Honey, i will be away for a couple of months. Lovely fruits by the way! (Jealous wife): Is that so (insert a very typical Eslandolan name)? Are you going to visit Breshaun again and that little sl... of yours?? If you ever go there i will seriously poison your bananas! (Eslandolan mariner): Relax honey.. that was only an one time thing. And i am not visiting Breshaun any time soon. (Jealous wife): Then DO tell me where are you going this time!! (Eslandolan mariner): Okkk...This time we are going to carry a huge load of gold back to our capital in the new world. I wish i had a few coins of these to buy you a present... (He seriously wants her off his back...!) (Jealous wife): Ok honey, now eat those bananas you so love...! A couple of days later... (and do notice all those animals around...) (Random gossip-loving neighbour): Hello there neighbour! Where is your husband by the way? Is he on a trip to Breshaun again? (Jealous wife): Hello to you too! No, this time i made him swear to tell me the truth. He is on a serious state business carrying piles of gold back home. He might even buy me a present this time! (Random gossip-loving neighbour): Oh, how nice of him after all he has done to you! At a tree around the corner (Random gossip-loving neighbour's cat): Meow, mewewew (Random birds): Chirp, chirpchirp? (Random gossip-loving neighbour's cat): Meowwwwww! Some chirp-chatting later in a rock off the coast of the Bastion (Gossiping Seagull): Chirp, chirp, kraaaaa! (Talking parrot): Chirp, kraaa, kraaa, is that so? (Gossiping Seagull): Chiiiiiirp!!! (Talking parrot): Then i NEED to share this piece of information with my owner... Need i describe more????? This build was inspired by a saying that goes something like "A little birdy told me" and is used to anonymously share info while gossiping! I hope you enjoyed the story!
  4. Some eat, some talk. Some do both in a very cozy pirate-y stand!!! Lantern is very nice indeed!
  5. Woohoo!! REALLY nice!!! I really liked that you made a "two-staged", uneven ground. Colonies are seriously keep expanding and nicely so!!
  6. Great naval battle FC and a worthy entry at this Challenge for you. Sometimes BoBS is more than building. Its about story-telling too and that's why i gladly joined in the first place . An entertaining story through and through and a really nice ship you made there. Especially the stern with these protruding windows etc is very nice. You are seriously getting better at this In my opinion, if someone wants to sum up all this lovely entry, he/she should focus on picture number 4. It is very nicely photographed and portraying the clash in a very lively manner! Good luck FC and good luck Oleon ofc!
  7. Excellent build and even better photo editing! Glad you are on our team. Tipi, tipi yay!
  8. Yeah! KB and it minions are back with a bang! I had tons of fun with both the narration and the builds! Especially the map and the poster were out-worldly catchy! Go minions, do your things and bring us some Esland...whatever green money!!!
  9. As previously said, it is great that we have a fully MOCed ship vs ship scene for the current Challenge! Also the junk's peculiar design is very clever (although it would benefit from some more sail imo). All in all an impressive entry! Neeeext!!!
  10. A warm welcome to our newest member. it is always good to add another Oleander aristocrat to our roster Safe voyages and happy building!
  11. A really genuinely flavored build! I like it! This new dog fits everywhere after all!!
  12. They had so much gold, even the chests were made out of it!!! Great catch and let's see "Xenia" take over the whole island's business now...
  13. Nice one, especially the beach part and the boat crew!
  14. The basic idea behind all this current system is to keep MOCing the relative plantations/buindings/anything related and the advantage will proc (accidentally/statistically appear that is). For example, keep building sugarcane plantations and eventually the said modifier will appear as your farmers will notice something peculiar at one point. The respective GM will PM you or you will see it in your monthly report. It may not appear at the first plantation or the second but it will eventually proc. Then, as a well reputed citizen of your faction, you will spread the word. At least that is my interpretation of this system. Edit: Crossed out the PM part for the time being
  15. Just as in real life! And dont forget, experimentation was this era's main way of advancing science. There wasn't any agricultural ministry's department of superfast growing crops back then
  16. It is indeed a very nice cave (already bookmarked it for future reference) and i loved the 3 princesses and the portrait part! Also, the gradient tiled sea looks so retro and it turned out great!
  17. Always happy to read your stories FC! And i love the bedroom as well, especially the various stuff at the shelves.
  18. Swim faster mister! We want to see how the island looks like!!
  19. Hey, thanks Bregir! I am glad you liked her! I always find your criticism really constructive as i try to improve my shipbuilding techniques. Now that i am seeing her photos (the ship is already dismantled for future builds), everybody's feedback is indeed spot on and i am currently sketching plans for my next vessel
  20. Hello Action/Ninjago friends, As i don't have much experience on this theme, i would like to ask you what would it be more suitable for an AFOL aspiring MOCer, the set 70734 or 70594? I mean everybody is praising "Master Wu Dragon" with its clever building techniques and interesting pieces but i also find "The Lighthouse Siege" pretty interesting too with its many pieces (hose, string with handles, light brick etc) and wider array of minifigs (although evil pirates are nearly identical and the small robot isn't really a minifig per se). Of course price is different, but not vastly, so either would make a solid choice. What would you chose and if possible why? Eagerly waiting! Thanks beforehand!!
  21. Yay for the... KILLERBUNNY!!! This friends' rabbit is too cute not to be sinister! (Also yay for the coala-murderer and all these frightening cute animals roaming free! muhahahaha!)
  22. Hm, i believe i either used the wrong form to unlicense a ship, or the system messed me up by subtracting 75DB for unlicensing an 1A vessel.
  23. Regarding Cat A, does multiple vignettes with a total combined size less than 32x32 also apply?
