  1. I guess I'll just predict the six rumored SC sets now, seeing as I have some good ideas for this wave. Here we go again, then. Ahem... 77252 McLaren W1 77253 - 1996 Dodge Viper GTS 77254 - Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 77255 - Ferrari 499P LMH & Ferrari F80 77256 - Aston Martin Valhalla & Aston Martin Valiant 77257 - Mercedes AMG SL PureSpeed and 1955 Mercedes 300 SLR
  2. Surely, the 499P ought to show up in the '26 wave. The 5 wide models are usually shrunken versions of certain cars from the main range. Not to mention that at the time of writing this, the 499P won Le Mans two years running. It's kinda earned the right to be immortalised in bricks.
  3. More rumoured info for LEGO Speed Champions Formula 1 2025 wave (brickfanatics.com) Just found this article and it seems that the March '25 wave is going to consist of 10 sets. All priced the same with similar piece counts. Ten sets. How many teams are currently competing in Formula One? Ten. Every single team in F1 at the moment will soon be immortalised in bricks. The summer wave that will consist of 5 sets may not be F1 though so just for a short period, Lego Speed Champions will be completely F1 themed.
  4. Okay then! Here goes..... SINGLE CARS Porsche 911 Dakar We've had modern 911s in the SC range before but they've all been race cars. It's time we had a modern road going 911. This would be a very interesting choice. Extra points if they include the roof rack with luggage and jerrycans like in the image. Zenvo Aurora Agil Lego Speed Champions have had lesser known supercar marques before like Koenigsegg and Pagani and Zenvo is kinda up there. On top of that, Zenvo are Danish like Lego themselves. They're practically neighbours. 1978 BMW M1 Procar Now that BMW is part of the SC theme, it's a perfect opportunity to tap into their past and the racing version of the car that kickstarted the M division seems like an ideal pick. I hear that Lego will be doing more F1 themed sets in the same way they did for Space. I say the most likely F1 car to pop up in the SC range next year is either Ferrari or Mercedes. TWIN PACKS Ferrari 499P & 1967 330 P4 Surely, Lego would want to make a set or two of the Ferrari 499P seeing as it has won the 24 Hours of Le Mans the past two times now. Also, while the 296 GT3 is also a good pick for the second car, I personally would like to see Lego make a set of the beautiful 330 P4. Lamborghini Revuelto & 1971 Lamborghini Miura SV This would be a good twin pack. Lambo's latest flagship alongside their first greatest hit! Alpine A424 & Alpine A110 GT4 EVO Finally, here's a newcomer i'd like to see in the Speed Champions theme. Not only do we get another LM Hypercar to add to the collection, but there's also a Pike's Peak rally car too. So, there's my predictions. Let's see which one makes it into next year's range......
  5. What if they did Max's car from the first film? It looks cleaner in the original movie.
  6. Fresh LEGO Speed Champions 2024 set rumours race into view (brickfanatics.com) Apparently we're getting the Lamborghini Vision GT, An Aston Martin twin pack featuring an Aston F1 car and the Vantage Safety Car and a Mercedes twin pack featuring a Mercedes AMG GT Roadster and an AMG G63.
  7. Three more are said to be coming in June.
  8. Just found out on BirckFanatics that the Mercedes Twin Pack is rumored to include the AMG GT Roadster and an AMG G63 with a couple of unnamed sets rumored to launch in August. Fresh LEGO Speed Champions 2024 set rumours race into view (brickfanatics.com)
  9. Awww yeah! Lego and Gran Turismo, together at last! Also, the inclusion of a safety car in the SC range is interesting. I'm guessing the Vantage. A conversion from safety car to road car should be pretty easy.
  10. I'd love to see one of them include K.K. Slider. Maybe a campsite scene with him playing his trusty guitar by the campfire with a couple of villagers.
  11. TeriXeri's right. Looks a lot like an AI image to me. I think the set will be revealed alongside the real McLaren Formula 1 car. The F1 teams usually reveal their cars for the season somewhere around mid to late February so we'll probably see it then.
  12. More Aston, Merc and Lambo. Nice. I wonder what they'll be. My guess for the Lamborghini is the SC63 LM HyperCar. I mean, we've got 2 LMHs in the theme already (Porsche 963 and BMW M Hybrid V8) may as well have another.
  13. One of the 2024 sets has just been revealed! It's the Mustang Dark Horse. LEGO-Speed-Champions-Ford-Mustang-Dark-Horse-76920.jpg (1200×793) (thebrickfan.com) Honestly, it looks great! I love the dark blue colour. I also spy some new 1x2 wedge tile pieces on the hood and rear spoiler. Could be useful. And I have a funny feeling I know how they did the front grill. It's obviously gonna be a sticker but it goes on that 1x3 inverted tile with the hole in the middle with 1x2 curved wedges on either side. That's genius! Looking forward to this one! Just as I posted that, the Audi and the BMWs got revealed too!!!! More LEGO Speed Champions 2024 Sets Revealed - The Brick Fan
  14. I wonder what the "Unrevealed New Car" could be? I mean, that rules out the Lamborghini Revuelto, the Zenvo Aurora and the Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale because they have been revealed. My personal guess and it is a shot in the dark here but I think it might be the LaFerrari successor as that is said to be revealed at some point next year. We'll have to wait and see but that's my prediction.
  15. My guess is that the Mustang will either be the new GT3 race car or the new GTD road car. YES! Mustang and BMW twin pack! Two of my predictions came true already!
  16. Bit of a shame that only 4 sets have been rumored. Even so, I feel like now's a good time and place to show you guys what the 2024 wave would look like if I were in charge. Hopefully, like the last couple of times, one or two of the cars I will mention will appear in next year's line-up. But here's what the wave would include if it were up to me. 76919 Lamborghini Revuelto 76920 Zenvo Aurora 76921 Ford Mustang GT3 76922 Ferrari 499P & 1967 Ferrari 330 P4 76923 BMW M4 GT3 & 1978 BMW M1 Procar 76924 Audi S1 Hoonitron & Audi RS Q e-tron E2 MOVIE CARS 76925 007 Lotus Esprit Obviously, it'd have to have parts to convert it from car to submarine... and finally 76926 Mad Max Ford Falcon XB GT
  17. I've got some great ideas for next year's wave. But do you guys think it's a bit early to share my predictions yet?
  18. Forgot to bring this up but the McLaren F1 LM was another car I predicted would be in this wave just like the Porsche 963!
  19. The 4 March sets have been revealed! Speed Champions revealed! | Brickset: LEGO set guide and database It appears they've modified the traditional SC mudguard pieces so that you can give your cars a smoother, studless look. Pretty neat.
  20. I hope it's yellow too. It'd be nice to see a Speed Champions Ferrari that isn't red. Also, I saw a yellow 812 Competizione at the Goodwood Festival of Speed a few months ago and it is a gorgeous thing!
  21. Just saw an instagram post about a couple of the 2023 sets and the Porsche 963 was one of them! It worked!!
  22. I did see an Instagram post saying that 5 sets were rumored for 2023 (4 single cars and 1 twin pack, judging by the rumored prices.) You know, before the last wave came out, I wrote up a list of what they'd be if I was in charge and a few of them actually came true. Maybe if I do it again, it'll happen again. Here goes....... Here's what the 2023 line-up would look like if I were in charge. 76914 Ferrari Daytona SP3 76915 McLaren F1 LM 76916 Aston Martin V12 Speedster 76917 Porsche 963 76918 Toyota GR010 Hybrid & 1999 Toyota GT-ONE
