  1. Looking good. The studded build is a nice variety. It's hard to see though, the black is hard to photograph, and the dust isn't helping either ;-) Keep on going!
  2. And... ordered! When it hit the stores € 160 was the price I was aiming for. So 150 is a nice price i think. Especially with all the PF parts.
  3. Dude, thank you so much for this. 42030 for € 150 is an awesome price. Now, to persuade the wife...
  4. That abrams looks quite ok. Simple and clean, but still good looking. If you don't want to invest in normal bricks this is a good way to build a tank. I like it.
  5. If it's not to much effort, can you upload the pictures to brickshelf, flickr or bricksafe? Would be much appreciated.
  6. Rebrickable shows me only 66? (of which a few aren't even technic, and a few doubles) Care to share? Nice contest, my not so big inventory will make this a hard challenge
  7. What's the use..? Would not be on my wishlist for parts.
  8. It has a V8, look at the stickers on the side, and you can see the engine right behind the red drivers seat. The yellow part is a piston. The headlights one the prelim were so much cooler looking than the ones in the new picture.
  9. The preliminary of 42039 looked very promising. But now, I don't know... It definitely has a lot of panels. 42038 looks cool, and would be a nice parts pack. 42036 looks alright aswell, i don't have any of the technic motorbikes, but this one looks Ok to me.
  10. I really like your work here. Nice detailed engine and back. On one picture it looks like the turret leans to the left. I think that is what Rollermonkey meant.
  11. This would be nice. Otherwise, working great now. To bad you can't scroll sideways, but that's my only complaint.
  12. Great, will test it this weekend. I was having trouble with one blueprint. Just could'nt reproduce the drawing i made before. Setting the same scale and proportions it just gave me very big numbers or infinite. Nice tools anyway.
  13. You have done a really nice job on this. I think it's an excellent original MT model.
  14. Well, good job on hiding them But no S-brick then? Why, why not?
  15. Seriously impressive build Sariel. Nice details, scale and functions. Are you controlling it with the S-brick? I don't see it mentioned anywhere, but I'm assuming it since I see no IR-receivers anywhere.
  16. I got 42020 twin rotor helicopter and 42023 construction crew as a present. (lovely sets, both of them). I bought 42025 cargoplane. The cargoplane is well done, and original. Besides that, I like airplanes. Also, white parts. I think i want the 42021 snowmobile, for the new suspension parts. They look very handy. Will wait for a nice price, or maybe what 2015 will bring with those parts. 42030 is also on my wanted list, but for now, i will leave it.
  17. Hear, hear. I'm leaning towards PF-less sets as well. I think the amount of sets with PF is also moving me towards wanting to PF and remote control everything. I really want to have the 42030, so that i can build MOC's that come with this. Usually i dont start building some of those awesome mocs, because they all use a lot of PF stuff, and i don't own them yet. Cumulonimbus, you have started me to rethink the MOC i'm currently working on, and build it without PF. I would encourage TLG to build a technic flagship without PF.
  18. If i want to build an aircraft, how am i gonna fit that in 46x16? The wings are usually as wide as the aircraft is long. Would that be allowed?
  19. So, toys 'r' us in the netherlands and germany have 20% off of lego. Toysrus in the netherlands doesnt show the 42030, germany does. Thing is, that the 20% off ends today. I'm thinking, is the price still going to drop, or will it stay at this level. The lego price in the netherlands is € 249,99, in germany 219,99 and it will cost me € 178 (with 20% off) to get it here. To buy, or not to buy, that's the question...
  20. Wow, great alternate. I like it that you shared the thought and building proces, interesting to see and read. Everytime I see an alternate / C-model I think there is so much more possible with lego than just buying new sets everytime. It's like you discover a different lego world or something :-)
  21. My votes: 1: 2 2: 1 16: 3 19: 4 21: 3 31: 4 41: 2 46: 1 Well done to all contestants. Hard to choose, but very nice to see the great things you can achieve with 200 parts.
  22. That's a nice price (€ 175) in Denmark. Do they ship to the Netherlands?
  23. 20. Mini Flatbed Truck (8109) Entry: Mini 8109 Flatbed Truck Part-Count: 196 Functions: - Hog-steering - Adjustable seats - Sliding bed - Raising rear axles for lowering chassis / less ground clearance - winch Parts-image Model-topic: http://www.eurobrick...l=+[mini] +8109
