That's awesome, love this game and your MOC I think Deacon's clothes are a bit bright, he nearly always wears brown / grey or leather clothes
-
That is lame. These '4 figs in a little box' are an absolute Lego staple going back 30+ years, I would have thought them a best seller retail stores would want.

Sorry, already voted for the jazz band. This is great though, love the sidewalk and signage

Do you think this Roller Coaster would actually work? From Lego Ideas
Merlict replied to LegoDW's topic in LEGO Town
From my experience messing around with the tracks it would need a lot more height to run reliably. Way too much brown too haha. -
One of the most realistic and detailed firetrucks I have seen! I think it could do with bigger wheels though.

HH-1N Twin Huey
Merlict replied to Maks's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
I thought this was much bigger than it is before I saw the minifig So in other words very good shaping! I feel the front windshield is a bit messy but great model -
Eating Crow with the new 8-wide Lego Speed Champions
Merlict replied to MTBingNinja's topic in LEGO Town
I'd like a bit more detail at this larger scale and price. Opening doors and hoods would be a good start. Overall I don't mind the change. -
[MOC] Modular Bait Shop And Grocery - Alternate Build for 21310 Old Fishing Store
Merlict replied to Versteinert's topic in LEGO Town
This is so much better than the original imo! I'd remove that nasty olive green if I built it. -
I saw someone removed the printing from that windscreen with a magic eraser kinda thing. Might try that once I can get a spare. Looks great dude.

That's cool. Hopefully someone more skilled than me has suggestions for rear wheel arches, those ones let the model down a bit
-
Good build, and the display stand takes it to fantastic.

[MOD] Using spare parts from 31084 alternate builds to enhance the models
Merlict replied to Huaojozu's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Nice, the amount of leftover parts is just ridiculous. I'd like to see all alt builds use at least 60% of the parts, doesn't seem too crazy! -
Wow I swear we had the same TV. Complete with peeling fake wood sticker. I loved how solid and clicky the knobs where. Good thing, cause it had no remote. Great build.

[MOC] 10262 alternate Porsche 911 FREE INSTRUCTIONS
Merlict replied to brickphisto's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Very very good! It is funny how popular 911 rebuilds are, I've seen them for nearly every Expert car now Pop some fender flares on and this could 100% pass as it's own great set. -
That vomit is both gross and hilarious
-
I love everything about this! Off topic but why do they have such brightly colored eggs then? One would think muddy brown would be safer
-
Wow, good job hiding those wires so well! Some of the very expensive LED kits I've seen leave the interior a huge mess
-
Exterior doesn't really excite me. But that interior is absolutely great. You packed so much detail into such a small space, puts the official Modular insides to shame.
-
Really cool, love the horse collars and blinkers I think the carriages could be a brick or two shorter, the heigh is getting a bit much compared to the horses
-
Can't say I love the set as presented. I'd be buying it more of a parts pack. Really hoping that Lego can work their magic on it.
-
That's pretty cool. I think it needs to be even more dynamic still. Blown up tracks, some figures leaping over with clear rods, maybe some explosion effects. I like it though.
-
Oh my god that water carrier is clever. Never would have figured that out from the front.

[MOC] Western Minifigures [by General Magma]
Merlict replied to General Magma's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Would nice if non-lego parts were mentioned. -
Man you can leave out the wall and this is still amazing. That shaping of those rocks is A++
