At first I thought: A nice little caroussel, good try, like the colourscheme

Then I saw the video with the moving horses. That is really neat!

Two things to improve maybe:

Have a picture from a lower angle, it is all a bit top-down, that doesn't do your model justice.

Mention the functions you have in the model in the post, this is after all a (dominantly) technic forum.

The colour scheme probably took longer than the design, I used 10196 as inspiration.

I just wish it made the carousel music (like in the video) instead of the constant whine from the M motor.

The 32269 is fixed so it turns the four cranks and makes the horses go up and down as the carousel turns.

Spoils the fun when you see how simple it is.

It has been on Cuusoo (now lego ideas) for a year and only has 22 votes.

Wow, that's a really neat model!

I would try to make the horse color contrast more with the background. Eg. horses white, center section black, no other white anywhere.

I'll join the choir of voices singing praises for the moving horses. Sometimes the simplest mechanisms are the most mesmerizing.

Wow, this is so cool :sweet:

If you scale it up a little, you could even let some minifigs take a spin!

This is great!

I love it's simplicity of the moving horse mechanism yet it translates into something quite wonderful.

This is really great. I love it. Recently, (too lazy to look up), there was a whole discussion lamenting the fact that nearly all Technic productions were some sort of wheeled invention. This one breaks outside that box while remaining functional. Nice job.

Why doesn't this (Eurobricks) forum have a "like" button?

Then instead of filling up page after page of comments, likes and praise we could see all the likes beside the original post.
