Ok guys. I know I left eurobricks. But sometimes it's more mature to admit you miss something than to keep your point. Now, to the good part. I've had time, being afar from fights over silly stuff, to build and me and a friend did this. https://ideas.lego.com/projects/f37ee26a-8944-44e1-a29c-573f51bfcbbb/ Took us a lot of time, effort and love as you can see. Please. We really, really need your help to make our little dream come true. Bring us to the 10k club. You have this power, I have not. I was able to gather 722 votes in 3 days, so I'm really starting to believe this can be real. But it can't work without your love and help. You can support, you can leave a comment and you can also share this to increase our chances. I want to believe. Do believe with me, will you guys?

Ahoy, seamates! I have started my LEGO-Ideas Project 2-3 months ago and now I want to present it to the specific lego pirates community! Would be nice to get your suppport but even more I am looking for some advice what I can improve on it. SUPPORT NOW Please take a look on the ideas website or at my flickr https://flic.kr/s/aHsmMnLn6a for more fotos! Here is the text from ideas: Welcome on board of The Rolling Dutchman! Since I have been a child I always wanted to control my LEGO Red Beard Runner without pushing it around and now my dream has come true. I have build a motorized Version of the famous Flying Dutchman which is my favorite pirate ship, too. I have seen the original swedish Vasa which has given the idea for the Dutchman with its marvelous bow and stern. So I managed to combine them with my own creative ideas into this "rolling" Dutchman! Please have a look at the features in the video and the pictures! Video: Update 2: Thanks for your 1k supports so far! I have worked on the main picture a bit and now added a picture of the crew and one showing the functions as well. Update 1: New rotten Sails! (Picture 7+8+Video still with the first sails) Motorized Features: Rolling movement caused by waves (1. M-Motor) Two motorized triple-barrelled chasers in the bow (1. M-Motor) Motorized steering with simoultaneously rotating ship´s wheel, rudder and steering mechanism (S-Motor) Motorized movement for- and backward (L-Motor) Motorized sail trim with turning capstan and changing sail position of all square sails (M-Motor) All features can be controlled by rc-control via 4 channels and two receivers All features use the Power-Function System but could easily be adapted to the new Control+ System which can lead to advanced handling of the functions The battery box can slide out easily to switch on/off and change batteries General Features: Minifigures: Davy Jones, Jack Sparrow, Elizabeth, Bill Turner, Barbossa and more. (I am not familiar with the movies in english so I would like to ask you to tell me the names in the comments section!) Two decks with cannons (one side the lower deck is closed to store the motors) The two tripple-barreld chasers can manually slide backwards and then the gun ports can be closed Removable deck at the stern to take out the steering wheel Removable lower balcony´s on both sides Handmade sails Two functional anchors Upper cabin minifigure size with Jack stealing the heart (illuminated) Lower cabin with Davy Jones organ (illuminated) Two torches at the stern (illuminated) The capstan can be removed The ship is based on the sturdy hull parts, the complete 2 lower rows of bricks can be removed with the steering and driving wheels to use it as "normal" push forward ship or display model The main mast and the mizzen are both slightly tilted backwards Correct rigging and sails due to the movies The ropes between the masts can be removed easily to take them apart for transport It would be an honor to receive your support. Aye! I have to thank my friend J-H to help me with some motorization problems and a special thanks to my girlfriend for not freaking out! Thanks, yours Störtebricker from Hamburg, Germany SUPPORT NOW

This week I'd like to draw your attention to a lovely idea by Kolonialbeamter called 'The Royal Flagship'. This project has been on Ideas for some time now and could use some love from like-minded supporters. It currently has 167 days left to get around 400 supporters more in order to receive extra time. Regarding the lack of interior detail, the designer had this to say: So the designer is open to suggestions it seems. I have invited them to come here and discuss now that this is posted. Thanks for your considerationof this Idea. If you'd like to support it now, please do so here. Do you have any thoughts on this Idea? Would you like to see it made into an official set? Let us know!

It has been a long time goal of mine to build this beautiful train with LEGO. After working on it for a long time, I have finally finished it. To see 70+ pictures and a detailed tour, please see Via Rail Canada - The Canadian I'd love to hear any feedback, comments, questions, or criticisms. It's a big set, so let's tackle it one car at a time. :) If you like it, please support on LEGO Ideas if you believe it would make a great official set.

This is a LEGO Ideas project of a Classic Space castle I built. It is a bit inspired by the LEGO castles from the 80s and is also based on a LEGO game I have created called Classic Space Adventure, which is an old school platform game that can be played in your browser. If you like this space castle it would be really appreciated if you would support it here. Like the LEGO castles from the 80s it can be opened and closed. . The space castle can be played with like in the game. En jämförelse med LEGO-modellen och borgen i spelet. Just a scene where Red Spaceman shoots down some robot enemies.

Lego and Lord of the Rings work perfectly fine together! We have had a lovely Lego set of the battle of Helms Deep including the Hornburg, and a Lego version of the Orthanc. What we haven’t seen yet is a Lego version of one of the most iconic places in Middle Earth: Minas Tirith. The battle for Minas Tirith, featured in the movie "The Return of the King", is one of the most memorable cinematic battles ever. The Lego Lord of the Rings theme misses just this one set to live up to the epic legacy of the Lord of the Rings franchise. If you agree with me, please do not hesitate and go to ideas.lego.com to vote for this epic Lego version of Minas Tirith! If the idea reaches 10.000 supporters, the Lego Ideas team will review this creation and consider it for production! his set features three levels of walls, which are characteristic for Minas Tirith's appearance. The lower and upper wall are on minifigure scale. They feature working gates and walkable ramparts: perfectly playable to relive your version of the battle of Minas Tirith. The lower section of the citadel tower features a throne room. The citadel tower can be easily detached from the upper wall section, to enhance playability. Once finished playing for a while, the set can be reassembled to put it on for display. The citadel tower and the upper wall are both designed to bear resemblance to the actual grand scale of Minas Tirth. Therefore little houses, towers and royal buildings are worked into the design of the castle to fluently incorporate both minifigure and micro scale in the castle's appearence. The set also features several minifigures, working catapults on the walls, and a catapult for the orc army laying siege to the castle. All together this sets includes: Lower wall with gatehouse and catapults Upper wall with gatehouse Citadel tower with throne room Minifigures: Gandalf the White, Pippin, 3x Gondor soldier, Denethor, 4x Orc soldier Orc catapult Are you with me? Every vote counts! Because “even the smallest person can change the course of the future” ;) Also, let me know what you guys think of this Idea! Are you excited about it? Is it feasible? Are you missing anything?

Hello Eurobricks! I am happy to present to you my latest creation, or rather series of creations that I named YEGO. YOGA + LEGO = YEGO Yes, I know that’s an easy pun. YEGO by Gregory Coquelz, on Flickr I have practiced Yoga occasionally since my teens (I’m in my 40’s now). I started it because I had stress management issues and it really helped me. I keep doing it every now and then, whenever I feel like my body needs it… a few breathing exercises, a few poses… A few years ago, the idea to mix Yoga and Lego crossed my mind (that’s usually how it goes, if I like something I eventually try to give it the LEGO treatment). That being said, Yoga in LEGO form is not exactly intuitive or straightforward. LEGO is not exactly known for its bending properties... so, how to tackle this? I then thought of trying a brick-built character. My first one was the Lotus (Padmasana). Relatively simple, it seemed like a reasonable challenge. I was quite happy with the result… but it left me wanting something more. So, I continued to explore the possibilities until I had a series of 3 different characters. These first creations remained on a shelf for a while... every now and then I would have an itch to build another, until the day I was looking at 9 different characters striking all kinds of improbable poses. That’s when I realized I had a good idea, and that this concept could very well take the shape of an official LEGO set. YEGO is therefore now a LEGO Ideas project! Imagine a YEGO “starter kit”. A small set, 300-350 elements? Allowing to build 3 characters in different poses. Most of the elements are common to each pose... the possibilities are endless. The set could also include alternate building instructions – like a “Creator 3 in 1” set or the BrickHeadz “Brick me” set. The base character is meant to be neutral and androgynous – but it is also easily customizable. For instance, it would also only take the swapping of a few elements to represent a different skin tone or a different color of clothing. But the concept does not stop there. I envision that this set could also serve as an introduction to Yoga. Build the poses, and then practice then for real! I am mostly thinking of the younger audiences here (there is no age requirement to practice Yoga) … what better way to initiate your kids to Yoga than to do so with a LEGO set? If you feel that this project is interesting, I encourage you to click the link below and vote to show your support! https://ideas.lego.com/content/project/link/154cc77a-0764-4bc3-a17f-8ecc3916bd97 Here are a few additional close-up views of the different poses. Some are quite simple… others a lot less! That is another inevitability of the AFOL syndrome… we tend to over-complicate things quite often…) Left: Upward Bow (Urdhva Dhanurasana) Right: Scorpion (Vrischikasana in Pincha Mayurasana) Yego duo 1 by Gregory Coquelz, on Flickr Left: Warrior I variation (Virabhadrasana I) Right: Lord of the Dance Pose (Nataraja) Yego duo 2 by Gregory Coquelz, on Flickr Left: Warrior III (Virabhadra III) Right: Tree pose (Vrksasana) Yego duo 3 by Gregory Coquelz, on Flickr Left: Cobra (Bhujangasana) Right: Triangle (Trikonasana) Yego duo 4 by Gregory Coquelz, on Flickr Lastly, some of you may remember that this is not my first attempt at LEGO Ideas project. In 2010, my project “Shaun of the Dead, the Winchester” secured the necessary support to reach the review stage thanks to the incredible support of Simon Pegg and Edgar Wright. Sadly, it was then denied by LEGO. If you are interested to hear more about that story, check it out here: https://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?/forums/topic/64112-an-internet-tale-winchestershaun-of-the-dead-project-on-cuusoo/ I can at least say that this slightly disappointing experience was not entirely for nothing – as it got me the fun name tag of “Valiant Effort” on this forum! (I never knew who to thank for that btw ). I had told myself never again… but you should never say never… and, I swear, this time no Zombies!

Hi everyone! I have been a member on these forums for around 10 years now, but have mostly been viewing the forums, so haven't posted any creations of my own until this one. Just wanted to start off by saying hi and briefly introducing myself. My name is Daniel, I'm also known as CommanderR here on Eurobricks and PieceOnEarth over on LEGO Ideas. I am currently studying engineering at university and I'm also a musician and Lego fan. Fusing my two passions of music and Lego together, I had this idea of building a Lego orchestra! A few weeks ago, I finished the model design (using LDD) and I am happy to share it here with you all! Welcome to the Symphony Orchestra! My focus was designing a model that I believe would fit will with the normal Lego set scale. With that in mind, I knew I needed to skim down a 60-instrument orchestra to around 15-20 minifigures. I tried to add as many details as possible, resulting in some printing for the sheet music. Can you guess what song they are playing? One of my visions for the model was that it would have the ability to be customized easily to suit the purpose of any show. The orchestra needs a place to store their instruments, warm up and relax. Welcome backstage! I love classical music and wanted to decorate the lounge room with some paintings, so those of Bach, Mozart, and Beethoven seemed like a perfect fit! This lounge is where the musicians can relax and grab a refreshing drink. Here are a couple more photos of the backstage, instruments, and overall model: I also have recently added the Symphony Orchestra on Lego Ideas. So, if you like it, please head on over there (link below) and give it your support. That would be really appreciated! https://ideas.lego.com/projects/746f241a-3425-4104-8cde-c90b5e66b9bc Thank you for viewing! I hope you have enjoyed it. Let me know what you think

Hi everyone! My entry for the Music To Our Ears contest on Lego Ideas has made it to the Top 9 entries, so I figured I'd share it here. It's currently in the crowd vote phase, so I'd appreciate it if you would head over there and give it a vote. But without further ado, here is the MOC: One of the best things about music is that there are so many different styles of it. What better way to discover them all than at a music store! Celebrate the wide variety of music genres and musical instruments and relive the heyday of music stores with this modular building! This corner building is comprised of a music store and a record shop on the ground floor and several apartments on the upper floors. Each apartment is themed after a popular music genre to suit the style of its inhabitant. The architect of the building designed it to look like a group of giant instruments to represent the four different types of instruments: An electric guitar (stringed), a clarinet (wind), a drum set (percussion), and a turntable (electronic). The floors can be separated to play inside. This 2589-piece set is not only a great addition to anyone's modular buildings display, but also a fun playset that can serve as a home for your CMF musicians. Comes with 2 store owners and a new Classical Musician! Let's take a closer look! The sidewalk is patterned like a piano keyboard, and between the music and record stores, there a staircase going up to the apartments with tuplet-shaped handrails leading up to the door. The music store has all kinds of different instruments. At the cash register, the store owner is having a discussion with the Classical Musician about which music is better: Classic or Metal. Albums of all kinds line the walls of the record store. The Disco Guy likes to come here often to disco-ver new tunes to dance to. The first apartments are dedicated to the pop star, disco guy, cowgirl, and saxophone player, representing pop, R&B and soul, country, and blues/jazz respectively. Next to the stairs to the top floor, there is a small corner with a table for the saxophone player for when he's not on the balcony. The last floor features rooms for the DJ, Rockstar, and Classical Musician, as well as a terrace with graffiti for the rapper to hang out on, representing techno, rock, classical music, and hip hop. There is a stark contrast between the styles of the three rooms. There is also a small closet with a broom and bucket in the hallway. The turntable-shaped roof can be accessed via a ladder going up the clarinet tower. I hope you like it. If you do, again, please give it your vote here. Since it has made it to the Top 9, it will be considered as a potential future set during the next Ideas review! Thanks, and keep on rockin'!

Welcome to the Jackal Staff Oasis! Deep within the sands of a long lost desert, the glittering oasis beckons. Rising amongst magnificent date palms and tranquil, lotus-covered pools, is a fabulous temple containing the vast treasures of the surrounding kingdoms. Young Amata has been sent to retrieve the fabled, powerful Jackal Staff contained within this lush paradise, to bring back to her kingdom in need. I built this MOC digitally about a year and a half ago, with the intention of using it as a contest entry, but then ended up not using it. Later, I revived the design and built it in physical bricks. The model has 1522 bricks total, and measures 12" long, 15.6" wide, and 8.9" high. My favorite part about the whole build is the garden in the front with the water features and the palm trees. A close second would have to be the columns for sure! More pictures can be found in our Flickr album! https://www.flickr.com/photos/orientexpress24/ This MOC is currently up and running on LEGO Ideas! Any support would be greatly appreciated! Ladies and Gentlemen, there is something sorely missing in pirates that has not been addressed (to my knowledge, at least). Something that has bothered me since 2009. I refer, of course, to the lack of a proper Kraken. A mere one piece octopus does not compare to the sheer size and terror the Kraken possesses. Some may say that Aqua Raiders or Atlantis have an pretty good squid, which is folly! Even if one was to ignore the fact that these squids came with a bunch of stuff you didn't want, the squids are still far too small to take on a proper ship. Thankfully, LEGO Ideas has presented us with the Kraken we so desperately needed. Please, support the Kraken on LEGO Ideas. SUPPORT NOW Please, support the Kraken on LEGO Ideas. SUPPORT NOW

Ahoy, mateys! I'd like to present to you a Lego Ideas project - The Royal Flagship - a classic style, modular, set-like looking ship-of-the-line with lots of play features. SUPPORT NOW Stats and overview: Features: ---------- About: I started this project with a specific intention - to design a multi deck vessel that can be both - a Lego set-like looking ship that's fun to play with, and a decently realistic shelf model of a true ship-of-the-line. And all of this had to fit in the Lego Ideas framework, specifically it had to contain 3000 parts or less. No easy undertaking, and I've failed to come up with something that I liked a couple of times over the past years. This design now, however, I think it quite does it. Sure, it might not be playful enough to some, and not realistic enough looking to others, and then there's the fact there are only stud-shooters instead of ye olde Lego cannons... () But I hope the compromise I found is appealing to at least some of you; and that it proves that ships-of-the-line can be done as sets by Lego. Some decisions I took along the way: Use stud shooters instead of spring powered cannons (*boo-ing noises in the background* ) But hear me out - let's face it, no single set will ever contain that many classic cannons. So the Royal Flagship features easy to remove stud shooter based custom cannons that can be fired from outside the ship, but that can also as easily be replaced by your good old spring powered cannons - if you got enough of them, the space is there! Almost no interior, except for the captain's cabin. This decision was simply based on Lego Ideas' 3000 parts maximum. Feel free to fill the decks with whatever you would like to see though - there's enough headroom for minifigs to be placed on all decks! Relatively simple hull shape, little tumble home, no string rigging. Due to the modular approach, I just couldn't come up with anything more ornate/fancy/complicated - if you have some suggestions, however, feel free to elaborate! The Royal Flagship was very well received during last year's Bricks @nd Friends exhibition in Cologne; kids especially seemed to like the firing mechanism pretty well - we literally had a blast Let's see if I can take the ship to a few more exhibitions this year - if Corona permits. ---------- If you have questions, please ask! And if you got ideas for improvements, I'm all ears! If I convinced you - please support on Lego Ideas! And feel free to share with friends and other pirates enthusiasts - every vote counts! Thank you for watching SUPPORT NOW

As an alternative to the usual vehicles, here is my Technic MOC of an Orange Clown Fish, which can be built as Nemo (with "lucky fin") or Marlin. The model has 4 motorised functions: 1) Pectoral fins with 2 degrees of freedom in cyclic movement; 2) Folding in of pectoral fins; 3) Moving mouth and gills; and 4) Swishing tail. There are also 3 manual functions: 1) Tilt with trans-clear beams, able to nibble the anemone or swim a little above the flat position; 2) Turn on the turntable, through at least 180 degrees; and 3) the Anemone can move with some crankshafts underneath, via the gear on the left of it. The gear change is currently sequential (motorised) but I'm working on upgrades to that. The model has about 2000 parts in the fish and stand, plus another 500 or so in the sea bed items and turntable covering. It is designed to fit the parts/cost and functions/cost criteria for the Porsche 42056 or Off Road Buggy 42099 price point. You may notice parts from several sets; mouth/gill wheel arches from Corvettes 42093, fin edges from Car Transporter 42098, turntable from big red crane 42082 and orange parts from many sets. I have erred towards the real fish, omitting the whites of eyes and white teeth that are used in the cartoon characters. There is a short video and a long video on YouTube and the project is live on LEGO Ideas. More pictures there, and please add comments. I have development options for the control scheme. I used PF to get the functions working well but, as a potential set, I intend to use the 2-port PU hub for 2 motors (gear change and function power) as swap-in replacements; that would allow handset or phone control for best user-accessibility. One or two 4-port hubs could be used instead, but should I go that far, given the risk of loading the price with the electrical parts? The ultimate motorisation might be like 42100 with 4 motors in the fish and 3 motors on the sea bed, but £400 was not my intention. Nevertheless it should be cheaper than keeping a real fish and has the advantage of leaving the real fish where they belong. As a large Technic set, there is potential for sponsorship from Disney Pixar, just as other sets are sponsored by vehicle manufacturers. The Finding Dory franchise is accepted as a theme. Hope you like it. I would be very grateful for your support. If you would like to see Technic Creature sets alongside the usual vehicle sets then this might be the way to do it. It might even interest a wider range of people in Technic. Thanks, Mark

Hi, I'm here again presenting my 35th Review in Eurobricks. The Ship In A Bottle! *A quick note. The trans blue plates, dried leaves outside are not included in the set, they are just props throughout the review.* Overview Name: 21313 Ship in a Bottle Theme: LEGO Ideas year 2018 #020 Pieces: 962 pieces (284 of these are trans blue 1x1 plates as the water) Minifigures: 0 Price: £69.99 / $69.99 / 69.99€ Box This is a present that my sister bought from Singapore as shown in the sticker at the lower left corner of the box. The box art is nicely displaying the bottle on a tabletop in a ship with an awesome sunset outside of the window. LEGO Ideas #020 showing that this is the 20th LEGO Ideas set in 2018. Here at the back of the box we can see a kraken chasing the ship and the bottle is landed on the shore. Scale is not quite right but very special and pretty peek through a telescope I think. 1:1 piece was the flag of the ship (no stickers ALL printed). I really love the drawings here. Oh that compass. The content of the box. (I've already built bag 1 before I took this picture.) The distribution of the pieces in the bags are quite neat. Bag1 is the ship, bag 2 trans clear parts, bag 3 water, bag 4 for the base and 4 large trans clear pieces for the top of the bottle. Note that round trans white round dish at the top left corner of bag 4, that's the compass and it is a very nice printed piece. The front page of the instruction booklet is the box art. The Fan design is a bigger bottle compared to the set but it would cost more if the set was that big, so how will you choose? A pricier but bigger bottle or this one will do? (That mosaic human sized tile is not bad at all.) Quite an organised distribution of pieces in bags. This is one special build technique. Pouring the sea water. I love this. Trans Clear parts! LEGO is so amazing that these messy pieces will become a beautiful bottle after they are correctly assembled. Another thing special in this set is to avoid mistakes in the build, LEGO incorporates this 1:1 picture in the instructions for you to check your build. How sweet! This trans clear build is the base of the bottle. They are connected by small parts so it is quite sturdy and hard to remove so try not to make mistake here. Building upwards. Side view of the bottle. Note those four 1x2 jumpers. They are there for the ship to be mounted inside. The top view of the finished bottle. 6002 Trans-Clear Panel 6 x 6 x 9 Corner Convex with Curved Top looks nice as the top part of the bottle. This part is not new but quite rare as it appears in only four sets including this 21313 Ship in a Bottle. I'm so in love with the bottle. The built of the base starting from this brown skeleton. This is a very interesting build as to make the compass look like a bowl, the print of the 44375bpb09 Trans-Clear Dish 6 x 6 Inverted (Radar) - Solid Studs with Vintage Compass Pattern is at the 'wrong' side of the dish quote @makoy. So the studs of this dish are actually at the bottom of the dish. LEGO brilliantly put the yellow 2x2 tiles on two sides of the round plate and invert them like in the picture. Then the build was locked in place using the white 1x4 tile and later covered by the brown plate with quarter circle. I love this unconventional legal build. Masterpiece! This compass is not functional but that gold arrow really add up to the design of the build! This is the part where I'm sold. Turns out the base is even nicer than the bottle itself! The globes are very nice addition to the sides of the base and that arches fitted the bottle perfectly. The word Leviathan is also a very nice print where it carries the meaning of a very large aquatic creature. Any idea why? Turns out that I need to be very careful while 'opening' the bottle to put the ship inside. As you can see here, the top of the mast is actually very close to the 'glass' of the bottle. Extra care is needed to put the ship in and close the top panels. Mesmerizing. That compass lies under the bottle became the 'inner' beauty of the set. The ship is a tight fit in the bottle. You will break the mast trying to push the bar in the plate inside the body of the ship so be extra careful on that. A very nice display set. I really love this very much. Review summary Playability: -/10 - I think it is quite unfair to put this point into consideration in this set. So I'm not counting this in the overall point. You might break something playing with this set. Design / Building Experience: 10/10 - The design is very nice and subtle as a LEGO set. Minifigures: -/10 - No minifigure but I would love a pirate nanofigure in the deck of the ship. Price / Value for money: 9/10 - RM300+ for a set without minifigure. I say the price is for the design of the bottle and the compass. Overall: 9.5/10 - This is a set where non LEGO fan will also like it. My father thought it was a real bottle of wine when I put it on the dinner table! Thanks for reading! I hope you like this review. Do share your thoughts in the comments below! Flameo my fellow Avatar fans, I’m a huge fan of ATLA and I need your help. Recently I have submitted a project on LEGO IDEAS, it's the Spirit Oasis from Avatar: The Last Airbender. As you might know LEGO IDEAS is a website which allows users to submit ideas for Lego products to be turned into potential sets. So If my project reaches 10.000 supporters it may become an official LEGO Product. Many Avatar Fans including me would love to purchase another LEGO ATLA Set since the original sets from 2006 are not available anymore. Check out my project: The Spirit Oasis Project on LEGO IDEAS All you need to do is press the support button and create a free LEGO Account if necessary. Thanks a lot, Every supporter counts!

Hi all! I want to share my classic castle creation "Secret of the Castle". I was inspired by the 35th Anniversary of Black Falcons and Lion Knights / Crusaders (1984 - 2019), and I wanted to celebrate it by creating this MOC. I submitted it to "Lego Ideas" two days ago, so if you like it you can support it there: https://ideas.lego.com/projects/23b323b3-99c8-4427-b89a-0c6a7d3b7cda If enough Historic-themed projects get a large amount of supporters on "Lego Ideas", maybe the Lego Group will realize there is enough interest in those kind of themes and they will finaly release some new historic-themed sets. Story The prince and the princess are in love with each other. Since they come from warring factions, their love must stay secret for now. He came all the way from his castle to see her, bringing her flowers from a forest. But will castle guards notice him? And will he return safely home through the dark forest, where outlaws are preparing an ambush? Design I designed this MOC to be an interesting model as a standalone set, with excellent play value. At the same time, I made sure that it fits nicely with classic Lego Castle sets, by using styles and standards of modular castle design from the 80s. It can be connected to any Castle building from that period (by using Technic pins at the ends of the castle walls). The color palette is limited intentionally so that it reflects the style of the classic Castle sets, because my goal was to give this MOC a strong "retro feel". Minifigures The princess and the prince are new miifigures, and the other minifigures have updated torso designs based on the designs from the 80s. All minifigures have two different faces - a classic "standard grin" face, and a face with modern design. The castle guards, Princess and Prince have double-faced heads (since their hair / helmet / hood covers the back of their heads). Two heads would be provided for the Forestwoman and Forestman (since their caps do not cover the back of their heads). Parts The total number of parts is 925. All parts are current - virtually all can be found in different sets released during 2018 / 2019 (some in a different color than in this set). Therefore, molds for all those parts should be available and so Lego would not have any problems producing them. Only new prints / stickers would be needed. I integrated some of the new elements and utensils in this build (for example, new types of panels and windows, new arches, flames on the torches, sack, pot, new sword, etc), but I chose only those that hopefully don't stand out too much from the "classic style". A new variant of Black Falcon’s shield is included, with whole Falcon in black color on white background.

In 1959, LEGO was granted the patent for the system of play we all know today. This delivery truck imagines what a LEGO System Delivery Truck might have looked like traveling a city's streets in the late 1950s and early 1960s. This model was created for LEGO Ideas’ "Build a Vintage Car…” contest. It’s inspired by LEGO S@H promotional sets of the 1990s - 2148 LEGO Truck & 3442 LEGOLAND California Truck - this GWP playset includes a delivery truck, driver, and crates full of vintage LEGO sets. The model was nominated as a finalist by LEGO’s judges and could become the next Gift With Purchase set with your help. Voting closes December 4th.Help make this set a reality!

** 10,000 supporters could make this project a real LEGO set! Celebrate the 40th Anniversary of Indiana Jones by clicking here and then click the “Support” button! ** This microscale build is constructed in the style of the LEGO Architecture Skyline series and features the iconic locations where famous archeologist, Indiana Jones, recovered priceless historical artifacts: The Temple of Doom (Sankara Stones) [1935, The Temple of Doom] The Well of Souls (The Ark of the Covenant) [1936, Raiders of the Lost Ark] Temple of the Sun (The Holy Grail) [1938, The Last Crusade] Unlike the historical artifacts (which belong in a museum!), this set belongs on your desk! This compact 650-piece set (9.4" L x 3.2" W x 3.7" H) makes for the perfect display piece for every fan of Indiana Jones. The set is also paired with a stand that includes three desirable minifigures from the popular films: Indiana Jones Marion Ravenwood Dr. Henry Walton Jones, Sr. The backside of the set also includes additional references to the films with a microscale mine car chase and the interior of the Grail Temple. Lego fans young and old will delight in creating these iconic locations and discovering their hidden secrets. If you love Indiana Jones and LEGO, I would be forever thankful for your support!
